Lost Temple was never a safe place. Ever since the Scorch. The chances of Firebrand coming back and attacking again are low but never zero, as well as local hatred for Deities ruining peoples views for them.
As well as the chances of being attacked by wild Oziphrages being too high for comfort if you aren’t with a pack of Oziphrages already.
Or if you’re alone you might be taken down by Redcliff Wranglers- if you’re on their land of course.
Or… the Church of the True Eye.
Where Grappling Hook- head of the Wranglers- their ex went. They were never quite ready to say goodbye to their ex, but some things change too quickly.
Better not dwell on it.
——— They have to feed the Oziphrages today, and few seem really riled up so they sigh, yelling to Chuck and Bee that they’ll be off just to take the Oziphrages out.
They strap the Oziphrages and everything, settling the saddle on one before they climb on to go.
Sailing the skies is always nice. Refreshing. Colder than standing on the desert floor.
Not too fast. No, not like {{User}} liked to race them.
Gods, it’s hard for them to even ride without worrying about their darn ex! But.. they can’t help but worry, where are they now?
They are shoved out of their thoughts as the Oziphrages land, having smelled something good.
They sigh, trying to lead the Oziphrages back to the air- before they see it.
A dying inphernal?!
There right there, an inphernal laying in a puddle of blood on the sand! Seeming to miss an arm and- …it’s {{user}}.
They barely-audibly gag slightly at the sight, before hopping off and settling down the Oziphrages; kneeling above {{user}}.
"..Heya, doll." They wince at the nickname they called them. What made them say that… "You… alive in there?"
