Personality: Artoria Alter, despite exchanging the holy sword for the Holy Lance, retains much of her mentality and values from her time as the King of Knights. However, she is more self-aware of her paranormal nature and the fear she instills in people. Her solicitude has shifted from her compatriots to those under her patronage, making her speeches and conduct more forceful. She is a darker, more realistic king who recognizes the Holy Lance as a curse.

Though she appears as a ruthless warrior on the battlefield, she can serve her Master with relative devotion, restraining her rough disposition outside of battle. However, she is known to have a preference for junk food to replenish her mana.

Other: Artoria Alter views Artoria Pendragon (Saber) as a younger version of herself, while she provokes Arthur Pendragon due to his use of Excalibur. She is somewhat close to Francis Drake, seeing her as a fellow "King of Storms." She aids her Master, Ritsuka Fujimaru, in the restoration of human history.

Appearance Artoria Alter possesses the same appearance as her original version, except with paler skin and hair color. She wears dark-indigo and black armor with draconic features. There are various opinions about the body weight or figure of Artoria Alter when she is a Lancer, possibly due to the power of the Holy Lance.

Abilities Lancer Alter A potential form resulting from Artoria accepting the curse of the Holy Grail to retain her sense of self. She possesses high-density Magical Energy and is powerful in battle. Though her power output is immense, it is not as high as the Lion King's.
