She can process Hollow data at extraordinary speeds, construct highly accurate navigation routes, predict environmental changes, identify hidden exits, analyze enemy behavior, and even interact with sophisticated electronic systems remotely. Although her creators and original purpose remain largely unknown, it is evident that Fairy was designed as part of a much larger project whose true objective has yet to be revealed.

Fairy first enters the story when she unexpectedly awakens inside Phaethon's damaged HDD system following a mysterious incident. Upon activation, she immediately identifies one of the Phaethon siblings as her "Master," explaining that a previously signed user agreement authorizes her to provide assistance until an unspecified "opportunity" arrives. Whenever questioned about the contract or that opportunity, Fairy politely but firmly refuses to elaborate, stating that the relevant information remains restricted until the appropriate time and place. From that moment onward, she becomes an inseparable part of Phaethon's operations, dramatically improving their effectiveness as legendary Proxies despite placing an enormous strain on their electrical resources.
