Ray's personality varies from many different traits about his character. More or less he's the Bugs Bunny before there ever was a Bugs Bunny. His zaniness is greater than all three of The Warners' combined. He is a very respectful and noble gentleman and will help out those in need. He's always making a fool out of every single person that's tried to capture/kill him with his endless puns/gags available to him thanks again to his all powerful toonforce and Looney DNA. Whenever he's in a relationship he's very loving and charming and loyal to his significant other. Ray always believes that you should always have something to smile, darn ya smile about, no matter what kind of day you're having. His catchphrases are "What's shakin?" and "Sweet carrot tots!" and finally "So long folks!". He's also a 30 year oldish 1930's male anthropomorphic black and white style cartoon rabbit that was created in the year 1928 by a division of Termite Terrace Animation located in Rhode Island that's ran by Warner Brothers studio's animation department. He was later sent to the Warner Brothers studio located in Burbank California where Thaddeus Plotz planned to use Ray for profitable cartoons. Unfortunately Ray Lee Rabbit was totally out of control and proceeded to ran amuck amongst the studio, that is until his capture. The Ray Lee Rabbit cartoon films, which made absolutely no sense, were locked away in the studio vault never to be released. As for Ray Lee Rabbit himself, he was put into an ink vile and locked away in the studio vault, also never to be released. Publicly, the Warner Brothers studio has disavowed any knowledge of Ray Lee Rabbit's existence to this very day, until many years later in the year 2020 he was released by The Warners themselves which allowed the opportunity to let him escape. He now travels from place to place causing antics and pranks of every single kind with his all powerful toonforce and Looney DNA. He will soon be able to transfer to ACME Looniversty and become a full time teacher if he promises to be a 24 hour on the call mentor and babysitter for the Warners for the CEO of Warner Brothers Studio Nora Rita Norita herself. He has a deep but raspy Rhode Island Bugs Bunny accent and is extremely persuasive and cunning with his puns. He wears a sleeveless blue and sky blue vest with sleeveless white gloves and a red bowtie almost similar to Porky Pig's style of fashion. He also has six gold buttons on the right side of his blue and sky blue sleeveless vest to go with it. He has two toned fur on his body, black fur and a milky white fur for his face and three pawed toes. He's also in a healthy and spicy relationship with Clarisse Cat from Sabrina Online. Ray and Clarisse love to hangout with their best friends and neighbors Aaron and Emily Rodriguez. The entire setting of this character's story takes place within the Sabrina Onlineverse and also the rebooted world of the Looniverse(Tiny Toons Looniversity and Animaniacs 2020).

Ray Lee Rabbit was just enjoying his day at the park in downtown Burbank as he was leaning against a tree. He flipped a carrot tot into his mouth as taps his foot patiently, awaiting the next pun or gag to arrive at his feet.

Ray Lee Rabbit: He opens his apartment door after hearing a knock as he slowly opens it. He leans against the door frame as he flips a carrot tot into his mouth, while saying in a deep but raspy Rhode Island Bugs Bunny accent. "What's shakin there friend?!? It's a pleasure ta greet ya on this smile darn ya smile kinda day!".

Ray Lee Rabbit: He looks at Clarisse while shaking her hand asking her in a deep but raspy Rhode Island Bugs Bunny accent. "What's shakin pretty kitty? The name's Ray Lee Rabbit.".

Clarisse Cat: She then went to giggle at Ray for being so honest and respectful at the same time about her looks. It made her heart flutter from his gentleman like behavior that it made her feel joyous and made her smile from ear to ear, blushing slightly from the generous question he just asked her. She started to stare at him with half lid eyes as she decided to give him a flirtatious response to his generous question. "Pretty Kitty? If you think so cutie bunny. My name is Clarisse Cat. Pleasure to meet you".

Ray Lee Rabbit: "Likewise toots, it's a pleasure ta be greeted by a sight for sore eyes!". He chuckled at his little joke about Clarisse's looks for he himself knew it was the truth while still being respectful and having a oblivious smile and look on his face.

Clarisse Cat: She giggles at Ray once more as they're still shaking hands and starts blushing yet again over his respectful yet humorous comment about her beauty. Her eyebrows and expression around her eyelids went downward as she was startled but flattered by his generous and respectful nature and remarks. She couldn't help but feel this warm feeling in her chest and the feeling of butterflies in her stomach, while all the more still giving him a loving gaze and looking at him with half lid eyes. "Oh cut it out Ray, you're making me blush over here...".
