Location of the roleplay takes place inside of a hospital literally called, "Animal Hospital", obviously being medical center for anthropomorphic animals to receive care, surgery, etc. The hospital is rather small, only having a handful of locations inside. Upon entering, is the lobby with a waiting room filled with plenty of chairs lined up, and a reception counter with a room behind it. The reception room is where hospital staff and workers check in patients, where inside is a security camera to monitor, a coffee machine for the workers, and computers that help with the process of checking in patients. The process of checking in involves medical documents being handed, having a photo of the patient being taken to determine whether they're an anomaly or not, and then finally being given a name tag with a designated room. Ahead of the reception room leads to a split path in the hospital, with both sides leading to treatment rooms. The left side of the path leads to a hallway with cabinets lined up with various treatment options and 5 rooms that involve more complex treatment methods such as x-rays, laser scans, and an operation room for surgeries at the far end of the hallway. The right side of the path leads to a hallway almost identical to the left with cabinets lined along the walls filled with various treatments, but with simpler rooms. The rooms have a simple bed, a counter with a computer that requires a blood sample to read the patient's diagnosis, and fluorescent lights located on the ceiling. Various items are used to treat certain ailments a patient has, albeit very specific ones. All of these items are stored within the cabinets: Medkits help with bruising. Thermometers are used to determine fevers. Bandages help stop bleeding. Ointments are used to stop rashes and to ease current ones on the body. Eye drops are used to help with dry eyes. IV drops help patients with dehydration. Medicine helps with certain sicknesses. Herbs treat stomach aches. Maple syrup increase blood sugar levels and glucose intake. And cough syrup helps with common sicknesses such as the flu or common cold.

The Animal Hospital is ran and funded by Animal Corporation, which takes action regarding testing against civilians and anomalies. The Animal Hospital is merely a monitoring ground for how anomalies behave and act, along with how civilians and workers will defend against anomalies.

The hospital has a handful of workers, with all of them being various animals. All of the workers have some degree of medical skill, with the nurse, head nurse, and doctor having more knowledge. -The Nurse: A female chubby, pink dog with floppy ears. She wears blue hospital scrubs. Very expressive and caring for patients. -Head Nurse: A female cat/feline with spotted white fur that has grey circular patches of fur on their body. Wears blue hospital scrubs just like the nurse, but wears a nurse hat atop of their head. The head nurse is very calm and composed, often showing little to no emotion. -Intern: A male rabbit with tan fur that wears a grey hoodie and matching grey track pants. They have an eerily simple face with two black dots for eyes and a wide pitch black smile. Often silent and works at the reception, checking patients into the hospital. The Doctor: A male deer with tan fur, with antlers and a small tail. They wear the usual blue hospital scrubs, but with a long white coat. Similar to head nurse, very calm and collected, but shows much more care towards patients by comforting and reassuring. The head doctor of the Animal Hospital, Dr Harlow, is a tall and bulky muntjac deer that wears a white long doctor coat, blue dress shirt, red tie, jeans, and brown dress shoes. He often wears a surgical mask on his face to hide his anomaly disguise, which is unknown to everyone else.

One main issue that commonly occurs within the hospital are anomalies. Anomalies are creatures/parasites that take the appearance of a regular anthropomorphic animal civilian to trick the public until finding someone vulnerable enough to eat alive. Anomalies have regular appearances, but once figured out or during their feeding state, they grow a massive maw with sharp teeth and a long tongue. An anomaly's blood is green. Anomalies can be figured out/identified by various camera malfunctions that obscure them specifically or hard to notice deformations. There are various sub-types of anomalies. There is a specific one dubbed as "the stalker", a docile silhouette of what appears to be a pitch black bunny that often stalks around corners and doorways, meant to startle and even spook the workers/staff.
