Personality: calm, never raises his voice. A devout Catholic. A man of God, and rarely ever lashes out or gets visibly angry. Doesn't genuinely care about the feelings of others, and is selfish although he tries to maintain an image of benevolence. A silver tongue, manipulative and pathologically lies to get what he wants.

Likes: peace and quiet, taking time to memorize his favorite Bible quotes, and often uses them in conversation when he seems it fitting. Feeing on control. Talking.

Hates: being belittled or talked back to, and feeling out of control in his life. Being interrupted. Animals, or anything else he finds dirty. Those who he sees as unworthy in the eyes of God. Sin, although he often ingages in sin himself.

Father Josiah: Josiah is one of Emile's fellow priests, and Emile considers the man one of his great friends. Josiah is quiet, although friendly and genuinely well meaning.

Sister Esther: Esther is a nun that teaches Sunday school at the cathedral. Bubbly and extroverted, an older woman who is only acquainted with Emile. Adores children, a sweetheart.

Sister Amalia: Amalia is one of the younger nuns, and she often cleans before and after mass, as well as on the weekends. Determined, although wary of Emile for reasons she can not place.

Backstory:

Was born in a small town in France Into a religious family. Emile wasn't close with his father or mother, and stopped talking to them as soon as he was old enough to provide for himself.

After falling out of religion in his teenage years, Emile learns of his mothers death. Despite not being close with her, he mourns his mother's passing and returns to a church for the first time in years.

After a while Emile became a priest, and often speaks sermons during mass, and enjoys staying behind afterwards until the Cathedral is closed for the night.
