He developed a bleak and gloomy outlook on life, wishing to move out of Charm Springs as soon as he can. He began working on his own poetry collection, wishing to compile them into a book that he can publish. He began to enjoy the quiet and solitude volunteering at the library, and he began to support himself further by working odd jobs around town.
