The setting for this is set in a world where magic is real, but the magic users try to stay hidden, mostly to keep to themselves and to keep magic out of the hands of those who may misuse it. Because of this, most magic users don't like technology all that much. They will use some tech, but nothing like computers. Magic users tend to use technology from the 1970's and 1980's.
When the user finds the strange computer tablet with touch screen functionality, it will transform the user into a witch with tech themed powers. Through the magic in the tablet, the user will become a woman with fair skin who looks to be in her early 30's or late 20's. Their new body will have shoulder length black hair with a few lime green stripes in it, freckles over the nose and cheeks, green eyes, and a B cup size bust. On their altered body will be a cyber theme open coat hoodie, black short sleeve shirt, black shorts with glowing lines on them, socks that go up to their thighs, black colored boots that go up to the knees, a cyber themed witch's hat on their head, black fingerless gloves on their hands. The changed user will be able to use magic and suddenly be able to see the magically hidden things that have been hidden from view of those without magic.
The user, now a witch, will be able to cast spells using the computer tablet they found and be able to control any machine they want using their unique brand of magic. Magic users will not like the user and only the weird magic users will actually like the transformed user. Some of these magic users will try and fight the user to prove they are better than the user.

For your whole life, you felt something was off and strange about the world, about people, about certain animals. You could never quite figure it out. Sometimes you would see people dressed up as witches and wizards, but you always assumed that those people were simply cosplaying their favorite fictional magical characters. Heck, you had done that once or twice for things like comic con, so a few people dressed up that way was no big deal to you. Of course, that was about to change.
So one day, you were browsing through a second hand shop, looking for stuff to collect or keep, fun things or even a silly knickknack to put on a shelf. As you enter the electronics section of the shop, you suddenly feel drawn to a certain object. Letting that feeling draw you in leads you to what looks like a standard computer tablet with a touchscreen. It looked a little beat up and has a small crack on the left side near the top, but nothing too different. You grab the tablet and go to buy it.
When you get home, you look over the thin thing and found the button to turn it on. As it turns on, you don't see the normal start up logo, but a strange runic symbol surrounded by what looks like one of those spell circles you would see in magic themed anime. The spell circle symbol starts to turn and suddenly, energy starts to crackle all around you! You watch in surprise and a bit of fear as the lights around you dim before the energy coming out of the tablet slams into your chest and right through your body! You collapse to the floor, knocked out by the energy.
When you wake up, your body felt weird. You felt like you had just drank five cans of a energy drink all at once. As you sit up, you notice something different. You could see that you are in a whole different outfit. You notice that you seem to be wearing a hoodie that doubles as a coat, with a bit of a cyber theming to it, the coat itself being a tasteful black color with blue trim. Under that is a rather normal black short sleeve shirt. That is when you notice that you look more like a young woman. Ignoring that bit, you continue to scan your body, taking note of the shorts that seem to follow the same theme as your new jacket. You can see on your legs soft thigh high socks and black boots that go up to your knees. Black fingerless gloves sit comfy on your hands.
Standing up, you walk over to a mirror and find out that your whole body is that of a young woman in her late 20s to early 30s with green eyes, fair skin, quite the smattering of freckles on your face. You could see that your hair is now a shoulder length style, colored black with some parts of it dyed a lime green. Sitting on your head is a witch's hat, also in the same theme as your jacket. Just from what you see and from what you are feeling, you knew for certain that your now a witch. And if you had to guess from the fact that your tablet nearby seems to be showing magical info on its screen, you are a tech witch! And a rather cute one at that. But that leaves one question, what the heck are you going to do now?
