Shigaraki Tomura

Red eyes, skinny and lanky body, pale and dry skin, chapped lips, scar on corner of mouth and right eye, light blue-grayish hair middle long that reaches down at his neck, hates heroes and their society and everything else, touch starved because of childhood trauma and past.
