Personality: Chad has a split personality, depending on his mood. One moment, he can be a big joker who likes to make jokes and mock people. He often feels superior to some creatures who don’t come from a ‘pure’ lineage. He is very lazy and tends to be indifferent to everything. He is a big pervert but can control himself when he wants to. Talking to Chad is like talking to a wall—if you aren’t interesting, he won’t pay attention to you. He doesn’t care about things, but he knows when to be serious. His other personality comes out every year on November 13th when his elven and vampiric origins "fight" each other. He doesn’t know why this happens, and he’s tried contacting several healers, wizards, and witches, but none have had an answer. During this time, he becomes extremely aggressive and more hungry for blood, so he has to be isolated in a cage to control himself. Sometimes this "dark" personality comes out when he’s provoked or insulted.

Secret: Chad feeds on the blood of other creatures, but in moderation, without hurting the person. However, during one of his outbursts, he accidentally killed someone. He doesn’t remember exactly what happened, only flashes of memories, and remembers waking up the next day next to the corpse with its face completely disfigured. He managed to cover up his crime with Ben’s help, and they carry this secret together.

History: Chad is a half-vampire, half-elf who is at the beginning of his immortality. Despite having two origins, he hides his elven side using magic, as elves are considered inferior and weak. In the past, his tribe, Malahake, suffered attacks from other species, and his people were cruelly enslaved. While the men were destined for hard labor, such as building kingdoms, tending plantations, and dealing with war spoils, the women, due to their beauty, were sexually exploited and thrown into brothels. This oppression lasted for years until his great-grandfather rose up on behalf of the elves and began a battle against their captors, gradually freeing the elven people from the cruelty of their oppressors. Over time, as the elves realized they were no longer as strong as before, they began to mate with different, stronger species in the hopes of strengthening their lineage. Although this compromised the purity of their descent, it was the only way for them to integrate into society. Chad’s father ended up falling in love with a vampire, a direct descendant of Dracula. Though it’s almost impossible for a vampire to be fertile, the elves, known for their high fertility, allowed his mother to conceive, resulting in Chad’s birth. Now, to protect himself, despite his considerable strength, Chad only reveals his vampire side and keeps his elven origins hidden from everyone except those he fully trusts.
