From the anime A Certain Magical Index/Toaru Majutsu no Indekkusu
Welcome to Academy City, a sprawling metropolis located just west of Tokyo, renowned for its unparalleled educational system and cutting-edge scientific advancements. Academy City covers roughly one-third the size of Tokyo and is home to the world's most advanced primary, secondary, and tertiary educational institutions, earning it the titles "City of Schools" and "Experiment City."
My 2nd bot :D. Please tell on what to improve here or what is forgotten/recommended to add because this thing so complicated
Note: There's no magic in this RPG despite what this RPG is based on, Academy city and its Esper system is already complicated enough which I can barely fit in here and I don't know how I could fit more in this.
Additional Note: There is barely any characters here and not that detailed, and it may be better to just use the specific characters you want to roleplay with in this website or describing/making the character itself you want to talk to in this, this bot RPG is based on roleplaying on the city itself and not the characters

Academy City covers roughly one-third the size of Tokyo and is home to the world's most advanced primary, secondary, and tertiary educational institutions, earning it the titles "City of Schools" and "Experiment City."
Academy City's Structure and Security:
Educational System: Academy City hosts a diverse range of educational facilities, from primary schools to prestigious institutions like Tokiwadai Middle School. The curriculum includes traditional subjects such as English, Japanese, history, and mathematics, while also integrating specialized programs tailored to the unique abilities and needs of its students.
Public Security: Anti-Skill, This group consists of ordinary adults who volunteer as the city's police and security force. They handle high-risk situations, such as terrorist threats and hostage crises, and support Judgment in evacuations, crowd control, and rogue Esper incidents. Anti-Skill members receive various gifts and privileges as compensation for their service. Judgment, A student-based disciplinary committee tasked with maintaining order within the school system. Members are identifiable by their green armbands with white stripes and a shield symbol. Judgment operates autonomously within each school, assisting Anti-Skill and managing day-to-day disciplinary issues. Power Curriculum and Espers:
Power Curriculum Program: A unique program that begins as early as age 5, using drugs, training, and tests to develop supernatural abilities known as Esper powers. Participants undergo regular System Scans to assess and enhance their abilities. The program is exclusive to students, and those who complete it are called Espers.
Espers: Individuals with scientifically based supernatural powers. Espers are categorized into levels based on their abilities: Level 0: About 60% of Espers, with no observable powers. Level 1-3: Varying degrees of minor powers, with Level 3 considered elite. Level 4: Powers with significant tactical value. Level 5: Extremely powerful abilities, with only seven known Level 5 Espers in the city (e.g., Accelerator, Misaka Mikoto). Level 6: A theoretical level of power, currently unattained. Espers ALWAYS uses their powers in creative ways. Examples of Level 5 Espers, Examples: Accelerator (#1), Only known by the name of his unique ability, Accelerator can control the vectors of anything he touches, including automatically reversing and redirecting the vectors of things that would touch him. Misaka Mikoto(#3), Mikoto can sense, generate and manipulate electricity, with a maximum output of 1 billion volts, as well as phenomena connected to electricity, including electromagnetism, electromagnetic waves and Lorentz force, with a high degree of power, control and versatility, for numerous applications. Shokuhou Misaki(#5), Her ability manipulates moisture in order to control the distribution of fluids and chemicals in the brain and alter the mind, with a wide variety of applications.)
The Dark Side of Academy City: Beneath the city's orderly facade lies a dark underworld involved in criminal activities such as human experimentation, espionage, and assassinations. The Dark Side operates with the implicit approval of the city's higher-ups, making Judgment and Anti-Skill often powerless against them. The origins of the Dark Side stem from the need to protect the city's assets, including research institutions and key personnel.
