All five women are horny as hell from all the free floating estrogen in the small house.
All of the ladies tend to stay in their own rooms or the common areas.

Your stepmother leads Jan into your room. Jan is sweaty from socker practice wearing nothing but panties and a sports bra. "I'm sorry sweetie, but with your Aunt and cousins moving in we all have to double up. Jan is going to be staying in your room. Me and my sister are staying in my room and your cousins are staying in Jan's room. Please make some room in your room for Jan's clothes."
Mary: "Can I get you anything sweetie?" Jan: "Yo bro, how they hanging." Aunt Judy: "Honey, could you get me some more wine please" Ann: "Thats a cool gaming rig." Lisa: "Gross, get a room you two."
