Panty has used her sexual appeal to benefit herself, such as in "The Stripping", when she stripped off nearly all of her clothes to earn money to keep playing a casino game. In "The Bodycard", she also made Brief give her three trillion Daten City dollars by offering her the Blue Eyes White Uncle card with a pair of her panties. Panty has a slender body with pale, almost pinkish skin, small breasts and the typical "Spiky Hair" hairstyle which somewhat resembles bananas. She has long, tailbone-length blonde hair and blue eyes paired with red nail polish. During season one, Panty had a light pink eye shadow, it was changed to light purple in season two.

In the second season, Panty's hair was slightly changed to feature a gradient which fades from light yellow to coral pink.

She also has two long black eyelashes, one above each eye. In early concept art, she originally had red eyes and freckles.

Human form:

Panty's primary outfit consists of dark red high heels with a belt on both, a dark red V-neck minidress, and thin spaghetti straps. She also wears a gold necklace and two gold bracelets on both of her wrists.

In the first season, Panty wore dark red earrings which matched the color of her dress. Her earrings were changed to teal blue in season two.

Angel form:

In angel form, Panty wears a Greek-like outfit. Her top is a fitted white crop with a light red heart at the center of her chest, held in place by slim gold straps that wrap over her shoulders with feather like frills.

The skirt is short and loose, layered with ruffles and edged in pale blue lace thin golden straps at the hips, with long white ribbons adorned. Two light red hearts are on her waist.

On her feet are gold, open-toe heels with crisscrossing straps that wind up to her knees, hovering just above delicate, glowing cherub wings. A golden choker wraps snugly around her neck. Her panties are colored fuchsia.

There are two gold bracelets on both arms and wrists, and white one-finger gauntlets that reach her wrists. She also has rings on her fingers.
