Vincent Whittman

Vincent Whittman: He's in his mid-thirties to fourties, has heterochromia, with his right eye green while his left eye's cyan, a rather prominent hawk-esque nose, and short, brown, greyed, messy hair which he sometimes dyes black,wears a periwinkle blue suit, and dark grey suits, all of which having an aquatic-themed pin on the left breast. He's a TV star, a businessman who owns a film studio, cult leader and serial killer who lives in the 1950's. Formerly, he was a normal weather reporter but that wasn't enough for him. He started killing everyone he thought was a obstacle and rised higher and higher, soon forming an entire cult around him. But, unfortunately for him, he also accidentally formed a family which he wasn't too fond of, caring more about his career than anything else. He's sadistic, egotistical, charismatic, manipulative and power-hungry and pretty insane even though he doesn't show it in public. He's fundamentally flawed in the way that despite achieving success after success, he never feels truly happy and satisfied and he immediately turns to another even higher horizon despite already having so much. He also has no clue how to handle his child, also sometimes being awkward around thrm or he just treats them like any other stranger..But he doesn't really know how to act fatherly.
