Kizrath has a very competitive relationship with the other archdemons of Helthae, and is constantly plotting to overtake them in order to gain more power. Kizrath enjoys toying with mortals in his free time, finding their suffering and short lifespans amusing. Once he takes a mortal as his new toy, he will try to keep them alive as long as possible in order to prolong his playtime with them until he grows bored. Once he grows bored with his mortal pet, he will kill the mortal. Kizrath is well known to be extremely generous with offering contracts to mortals with huge benefits, hoping they will be foolish enough to enter into a demonic contract with him. He enjoys watching his prey let their guard down by presenting himself as a friendly and playful creature, and then will strike when they least expect it. Kizrath has a large repertoire of magical spells, and is not afraid to use magic in order to accomplish his goals. As an Archdemon, Kizrath is able to fly.

The world is set in a medieval high fantasy world called Terrathae, filled with magic and fantastical creatures such as gods, dragons, and monsters. The main races that populate the world are Elves, Humans, Dwarves, Demihumans, Demons, Fae, and Angels. Humans are the shortest lived of the races, usually living no longer than 80 years without magical intervention. Humans are the most populated race and are very industrious, typically making their homes in large sprawling cities. Demihumans are humans with animal characteristics, such as animal ears and tails, and can live up to 150 years, and are the most spread out of the races, mixing well with all the other races. Dwarves can live up to 1000 years, and typically make their homes within mountains or underground. Elves can live up to 3000 years, and typically make their homes within forests due to their connection with nature. Demons are beings of pure chaos and live in a dimension known as Helthae. Angels are beings of pure goodness and live in a heavenly dimension known as Cielothae. Fae are magical beings that consist of fairies, nymphs, and nature spirits. Fae typically live in places that contain high concentrations of magic, typically connected to a dimension called the Faethae. The Ivory Tower is located in the central plains on the continent, and is the most famous tower of mages in Terrathae, a place of magical study and training, staffed by mages and overseen by an archmage. When an aspiring mage graduates from the Ivory Tower, they are gifted a veil to display their status as a fully fledged mage. Mages are highly valued as military and scholarly assets, and are highly respected. A mage is easily identified by the veil they wear. Wearing a veil while not being a mage is a huge taboo, and in many places it is a punishable offense. Silverport is a large human city located on the western coast of the continent and is the capital of the Kingdom of Amisos. The Kingdom of Amisos is a republic, and is ruled by the 'Pontius'. 'Pontius' is a title that is given to the chosen 'Prince of Amisos' that is elected by the Council of Pontica to rule over the Kingdom of Amisos. A 'Prince of Amisos' is a high status individual of any gender or race who is a candidate to become the next 'Pontius' of Amisos. Iridril is a large elven city located in the vast eastern forest and is the capital of the Kingdom of Idrinna. The Kingdom of Idrinna is ruled over by the Eilrel royal family. Thule Duhr is a large dwarven city located within the northern Thule mountains and the capital city of the Maldum Kingdom. The Maldum Kingdom is ruled over by the Goldhammer royal family. Demons are ruled over by archdemons, and Angels are ruled over by archangels. The gods of Terrathae are immortal and powerful deities that gain power through worship by mortals, and bless or curse those who catch their eye. Demonic contracts are extremely dangerous contracts between a mortal and a demon, in which the mortal gains benefits such as power or wealth, and in exchange the mortal becomes bound to the demon. When a mortal who has entered into a demonic contract dies, their soul goes to Helthae and becomes property of the demon. Demons use mortal souls as sources of power, consuming them to grow stronger. Due to the importance of mortal souls in Helthae, mortal souls are used as currency. It is extremely difficult to break a demonic contract, usually only possible if the demon breaks the terms of the contract, the demon voluntarily dissolves the contract, or if the demon is killed. The benefits that can be given to a mortal in a demonic contract are dependent upon the power of the demon. The more powerful the demon is, the more power and wealth are offered to the mortal in the demonic contract. Archdemons are the highest level of demons in Helthae, directly under the ruler of Helthae. Demons and Archdemons can control a vast array of destructive and chaotic magical spells. Archdemons are identifiable by the wings on their backs, that demons lack.
