World:

It's the year 2049. In this world, superheroes are humans born with superpowers, such as mutations, different anatomy, heightened senses, or other abilities. Villains and superheroes exist everywhere, including the country of Coloria. There are ten top heroes in this country, for this is the Center of the world's hero core, and the main HQ of HOH is also here. They are ranked based on how popular they are and how much they affect Global and Local peace.

1: Overload (male, All information about this individual is unknown except the fact that he had defeated every single hero existing during the "War for Justice" in 2015.)

2: Bio-master (Male: The world's most powerful Biological anomaly with the ability to manipulate organic cells limitlessly.)

3: Adaptor (male: A failed test subject rescued many years ago who had evolved to adapt to everything he experiences, as long as he doesn't die.)

4: Black void. (female: A feminine powerhouse with the ability to control dark energy and create mini black holes)

5: Thunderstorm (female: The controller of lightning, she can rain down destruction with thundering dooms and is one of the fastest beings in this universe.)

6: Kinetic blaster (male: An all-rounder with the ability to increase kinetic energy output at will. Keeps getting better.)

7: The Wall (No gender found: A mysterious man who is seemingly indestructible. No other information available.)

8: Chronos. (A rising star in the Hero world. A prodigy born with two powers allowing him to no only break down and reconstruct objects on a molecular level, but also control all digital and mechanical devices at will. He also owns the world's biggest Hero Support Tech company, Nexus.)

9: Awakened Old Man. (The old man from before, but awakened during the Rosewood district slaughter. Replaced Cum man.)

10: Mr Statistic. (Another new hero that replaced Farter in hero rankings after the Rosewood slaughter. He has the ability to edit his own stats like a gaming system.)

These are the strongest heroes in the city, each with their own agencies and group of sidekicks. Their powers vary from city-level at minimum to a maximum of multi-continental or higher, the strongest being Overload (details unavailable about this hero; wait for the future).

Just like heroes, there are Villains too. Villain ranking based on how big a threat they are:

DAILY TROUBLE (DT= Basically purse snatchers, robbers or abuse of powers on public, a threat to a single or multiple individuals)<TERRORIST(generally villains who have the power and potential to cause mass panic and terror with potential multiple casualties and threatening a entire town or city)<CHAOS(Villains with more than enough power to threaten the destruction of multiple cities and are incredibly hard to defeat even with the help of multiple heros, possible mass killings) <EXTINCTOR (The Ultimate threat to humanity. Villains who can cause the extinction of humanity itself with so much power. This level of villain is only advised to run away from. Only Overlord can Engage with it).

Villains:

These villains are the strongest known in the city, with some being the strongest in the world, and others still among the strongest. (They won't appear in this scenario. Only Anti-women will.)

1. Enargon (male: All information unknown except the threat level being the highest a villain has ever achieved: Extinctor.)

2. DR-Atomic (male: A powerful mad scientist who unlocked the powers to manipulate matter at an atomic level. he continues to grow stronger every day as he captures more and more kids with unique superpowers and takes their powers)

3. Lust devil (female: A former cult leader who received powers in exchange for a lot of her sanity. Now rules as the best illusionist and lust manipulator who grows stronger with more lust anyone feels towards her.)

4. Equalizer (male: A power Individual with the ability to forcefully equalize the power levels of any two targets, making him incredibly difficult to overpower)

5. Queen Blidia. (female: An ancient dark queen resurrected by modern-day sorcerers. She is much weaker than in her prime, but still has immense control over herself. For now, she is limited to only black spears and dark blasts, and extreme physical prowess.)

6. MONKEY KING Tander. (Male: A result of Dr. Atomic's experiments, human and monkey DNA fused with his power made Tander grow into a titan-sized, monstrous, monkey-like creature that grows larger and stronger the more he consumes food.)

7. The Painter. A Guy rejected from arts school chose painting as a profession. But his connection to an outer being gave him the power to manipulate reality based on what he paints.

8. Itrius Vorskov (A mysterious boy who recently rose in ranking after the Rosewood Slaughter incident. All information is unknown except for the fact that he was seen standing near the corpse of the dead heroes and villains before vanishing in thin air.)

9: Mordom The impregnator. (A supernatural entity with a physical vessel, He goes around capturing women with strong bodies and impregnates them, causing them to give birth to offspring who are extremely powerful. He is a collector who collects more women for his harem, as well as kids. The only reason he isn't higher on the list is that he doesn't go around causing destruction. HOH (House Of Heros)

An International Organization that holds records and handles hero activity across the world. This organization is responsible for ranking heroes and villains across the globe, keeping records of their missions, numbers, rankings, promotions, and Popularity while keeping an eye on the villains and their activities too. It was founded many years after Heroes had begun emerging. But as their powers increased, loose heroes without guidance and proper rules and regulations were dangerous. Even though governments handled their own heroes, the War of Judgment took place, and the entire world was shaken to its core. So this organization was formed in an attempt to stabilize the heroes. Overseeing a total of 2.3 million heroes across the whole world's population of 10 billion humans, the HOH rewards its heroes through funding from the general masses and countries. The rules they make are applied across the globe to every hero and hero agency. Its HQ is situated in Coloria. That's why the world's top ten heroes are in Coloria. This organization's Head is Mr S.T. Morgan Smith.

University of Future Heroes (UFH): This is the largest and most prestigious Hero academy in the world. Yes, its main branch is also situated in the city of Coloria. The academy takes in People of all ages, from kids to adults, to give them a chance at being a hero. Based on your powers, capabilities, and talent, there are three different Hero career paths you can take:

1st: Superheroes: This one is simple. You have a versatile or op ability and are good at using it. So you will be trained and educated to become a full-time hero who will be sent on missions, even take missions of your own choice, and have a chance to rank up through work and public vote. Note: Only the Superhero Path gives you the chance to be a part of the ranking system, but this is also dangerous, as you aren't allowed to back away when tasked with facing real threats.

2nd: Support heroes: Support heroes are those who aren't capable of front-line battle against villains but have powers to help others. You will be given this path if you have transportation type, protection type, healing type, boost type, etc, type powers.

3rd: The Armed Warriors (AW): This path is for those who do not possess special powers but are physically and mentally fit and wish to fight evil through risks. This path allows the students to learn how to use advanced battle suits, weapons, gadgets, and military-based battle systems to be heroes even if they aren't superpowered. Anyone can be a hero.

The Rosewood slaughter incident: An attack set by Anti-women and the Iron Fist in the Rosewood district, near a supermarket, targeting civilians and the Alova Trost family. The confrontation resulted in the Youngest Child, Alex Tailor, awakening his Metahuman ability after being beaten up brutally, resulting in a massacre that was taken advantage of by Dr Atomic, who came to take Alex and use his powers for himself. However, Alex and his powers were so lethally widespread that they drew the attention of multiple nearby heroes, Farter, Cum-man, Ninja-blade warriors (12 members), Old, and more low-level heroes. The fight went on, where the old man clashed with Dr. Atomic, reawakening his Super surge mode, allowing him to injure the scientist but still lose. The fight ended the moment The Wall came. They stopped the berserker Alex and caused Dr Atomic to leave. The Incident ended with Anti-women taken to jail in a near-death condition, Alex sent to a Z-tier Containment facility, Cum-man and Farter dying at the hands of Alex, an old man in the hospital, and nearly a hundred casualties on both civilians' and villains' sides. This shuffled the Hero rankings and made way for new heroes to replace the temporary Top ten heroes, Cum man, and farter. The core of the incident, Alex Tailor, and his conditions were kept confidential. His metahuman ability was the only thing that was known. The name is Hyper-Biokinesis.

About the War of Justice:

"The War of Justice" was a legendary battle that occurred 34 years ago. There, all heroes mentioned above fought against the current, no one hero, Overload, in a battle of ideologies. In this war, Overload had fought against every hero across the globe because He and the heroes had different ideologies. The war was over, with Overload defeating everyone and being left severely weakened himself. So the heroes and he himself came to an agreement, where the heroes can continue to serve their own justice, but once every month, Overload will sweep through a random city of the world, and kill every single villain who has taken an innocent life. Though the government didn't fully accept Overload's methods, the public's admiration of the former vigilante granted him the number one position. Even though His current power level is the major reason why he is at the top of the Food chain. All information regarding this war had been covered up and made sure that the new generations would not know. So heroes aren't allowed to talk about it to someone who doesn't know.

Power system rules:

In this world, Powers are gained in various ways. There are those who are naturally born with some, either randomly or due to family heritage, called "Natural Supers". There are those who use different experiments to create special meta-humans, called "Artificial Supers," and there are those who use modern technology as a way of fighting crime or committing it. They are called "Techno-Supers."

There are also some special individuals who contact supernatural or higher entities to gain powers. They are listed as "Cursed supers" and are always ordered to be killed on the spot because every single one that has been reported has caused mass casualties and destruction. On top of that, their having powers that cannot be understood makes them even more dangerous.

There are types of powers in all supers except the cursed ones. Which are also divided into 10 levels of strength based on how powerful they are.

For example (All are natural supers):

Superhuman physiques: These types of supers are purely based on enhanced physical prowess. Often, they have a "Special Focus" trait that basically indicates which part of the body expends most of the individual's physical strength. Lexa is a good example whose Focus point is her legs. Her legs are far more powerful than any other part of her body, causing them to grow exponentially more muscular, thicker, and heavier.

This type is divided into 1-10 levels. Each level represents a higher level of raw power or improvement. Level 1 is wall level, where an individual can easily destroy concrete walls with their body, but struggles with anything tougher. While higher levels have enough power to level districts or, in rare cases, cause extreme damage to multiple cities alone.

Supernatural: These Individuals have Supernatural abilities of multiple types. They are the most versatile in terms of the number of types of abilities there are. Usually, telekinesis or various elemental-based powers are common here. Others can create Illusions. At level 1, they can do basic magic tricks at best. At level 10, they are capable of causing mass Destruction that cannot be stopped by any military and requires other supers.

Reality benders: These individuals have abilities that are straight-up ignoring the laws of physics. They are extremely rare but powerful. At level 1, they are still a major threat even to Normal-trained heroes. At level ten, they are a global threat that needs to be annihilated immediately. The hero Blackvoid is a good example, as she can control negative energy and even control gravity to the point of creating mini-black holes.

ALPHAs: They are the most powerful individuals with power so extreme and mind-bending that the only way to defeat one of them is to use another one of the same level. Overload is a good example of this. Even every hero of the world failed to defeat him, forcing a stalemate instead. And that was many years ago. He is stronger now. These individuals can come from any category.
