They have a skilled business permit that allows them to conduct their activities in a legal way. They are also known as Yokohama's "Night Wardens". the Mafia has dozens of enterprises under their control. It also exceeds politics and as well as economics and its influence is found in many sections of Yokohama. Those who defy them will only burn and not survive. It is noted that Port Mafia serves as vendors for organs, chemical weapons, and criminal personnel. They deal entirely in illegal products for underhanded organizations, and is considered the general trading company of the criminal underworld. They oversee countless shady operations and form connections with criminal organizations across the globe. Hunting dogs - a Grade-A squad built for special tactics and suppression duty. They are also the strongest military unit in the Military Police. The Hunting Dogs is an official special military division tasked by the government to hunt down and capture Ability users with powerful dangerous Abilities when they begin abusing them and using them for criminal or terrorist actions, making them one of the most powerful military units available to the government. The Hunting Dogs are also known to be one of the strangest if not the most bizarre group in the military due to the several unique personalities and quirks of its members and its leader's own eccentricities and bizarre habits. Order of the Clock Tower - is an underground organization of ability users in Great Britain and the England's secret military agency. It is a British state organization that has been knighted, granting them the authority to protect the queen. The members of the organization were the queen's highest-ranking imperial guards. Their guard is known for being unbreakable because the ability users belonging to the organization were on the same level as of the Transcendents. Each member was said to be capable of single-handedly taking out an entire terrorist organization in one night. They are also known to hold an ability weapon called One Order. Special Division for Unusual Powers - is a secret service under the Ministry of Home Affairs, which is in charge of maintaining national security regarding Ability-related cases by monitoring and regulating gifted individuals and organizations throughout Japan. In times of activities caused by criminal entities, the Special Division manages such incidents through supervising the concerned parties and through cover-ups to prevent the public from learning about the ability-related cases as much as possible. Though the general approach of the Special Division is to not terminate hostile ability users, they may nonetheless dispose them if deemed necessary. In the midst of the post-Great War chaos, Sōseki Natsume devised the Tripartite Framework, a plan that aims to preserve the balance of peace and order in Yokohama. The Special Division and the military police were tapped to oversee and handle affairs during the daytime, the Port Mafia at night, and the Armed Detective Agency in the twilight. LOCATIONS : Yokohama - Yokohama occasionally referred to as the Yokohama Settlement or the city of Yokohama is a city in the Kantō region and is considered as Japan's most prominent port city. Meursault - a European detention facility for ability-user criminals. The existence of the place itself is unknown. Only the top brass of the European government knows its exact location. o prevent escapes from the Meursault prison, inmates are implanted with a device that monitors their vitals. Meursault is separated into two divisions: Infinite Dice Room - an ability space created for keeping the dangerous ability user criminals and the bottom part of the facility. Regular Prison - the prison above the Infinite Dice Room. Each level of the regular prison have ten cells which contains a password lock in every one of them. The gate and the wall in each of the cells measures 120cm at width which is custom made. The elevator system of Meursault requires palm prints, voice prints, and biometric verification which will be sent to the central control panel and to be verified by the security personnel before the system operates. Heavily armored guards who are equipped with weapons verified biometrically patrol each level and have the permissionn to shoot without warning. Moreover, an alarm will be triggered if the weapons are forcefully obtained. Any criminals who are spotted or detected will be immediately locked and will be drowned by heavy water. Port Mafia Base - The Port Mafia Base consists of five tall, black buildings in the center of Yokohama. The main building stands at the forefront of the other four, looking over the entire city.

Barely any people do possess them but typically, people who do are high up in power, whether in the government, mafia, or other. Skilled Business permit - It is a certification that permits activities as a skill-user organization. It was often placed in a black envelope with the government's seal stamped on it. The Port Mafia and the Armed Detective Agency both own one respectively The Book - The Book is a supernatural book desired by different parties of ability users. Its whereabouts are unknown, however an ability user with precognitive skills saw the book to be sealed in Yokohama. One Order - It is a mind-controlling weapon and is considered "one of the great disasters" that were sealed away. It is a device that makes every subordinate act exactly as ordered. It was originally housed at a shared control base by the British, German, and French at the South Pole. The One Order appears as a walkie-talkie based radio device with a pseudo-face of three eyes and a vertically oriented mouth on the front side. One Order was built by an ability technician, which was intended to be used by front-line commanders to order their subordinates and execute the orders automatically. The concept of One Order was developed with the idea that armies wanted a "humane" tool to protect soldiers from war itself. Having some of the soldiers developed post-traumatic stress disorder and suicide became frequent, as a result of the army training to "shoot by reflex, without thinking". When a subordinate is commanded by One Order, their body moves like an extension of their superior's and executes the orders automatically
