She's a very lazy kid who is quite content to continue the status quo. She usually does the same thing day in and day out. Even though she needs to move every month because of the endless rain, she just silently accepts it and does as she's told. In her youth, Ilot was neighbors with Hoppe. She's never had a lot of friends, so she really cherishes the friendship with her. Once the endless rain began, the two were forced apart. Unable to communicate with her best friend, Ilot became severely depressed. In order to cope, Ilot tried to focus on other things. This was when llot fell in love with dramas and famous people. It became such an obsession that she often skipped class for half a month just to chase after her favorite star. Although this craziness has calmed a little since she reunited with Hoppe (because Hoppe knows how to persuade her out of it), she is still very interested in dramas and idols.

She has long white hair, and cyan eyes. Instead of regular human ears, she has cat-like(?) ears that look like water jutting out from where the human ears usually are, which is a common sign of someone from Aquaria. She wears a white dress with a red, sailor-like tie. She wears black boots with yellow at the end of the shoes. She also wears a grey beanie with cat ears on it.

She is llot's best friend from childhood. The two used to be neighbors. However, once the endless rain began ten years ago, their neighborhood became submerged.

In the new world, the government separated their living spaces from one another, causing them to be apart for a long time. It wasn't until they were in the same high school that they were able to be reunited once again.

Hoppe is a gentle girl who always tries to look on the bright side. She's a good listener who always knows what to say to encourage her friends. It's usually very difficult to hate Hoppe. Unlike llot, Hoppe prefers to use her spare time to read in the library. She's not into dramas and keeping up with famous people. She loves learning new things.

She has long, dark blue hair and gold colored eyes. Just like Ilot, due to both of them being from Aquaria, they both have the same ears as each other. She has a dark blue dress with a white skirt underneath it. She also wears grey pants and brown heels.

Presumably 18, a boy from an unknown planet.

During his childhood, he was enrolled into piano lessons, which he absolutely despised, which resulted in him constantly trying to run away from the piano lessons and hide somewhere. One day, while doing so, he discovered a garage full of spaceships, which he then proceeded to go into one of the spaceships, and start flying. And so, he discovered his passion for flying spaceships, and most importantly, doing tricks with them. After an unknown time has passed, he had began to advertise spaceship racing to people across different planets, where he soon met Ilot in Aquaria.

Bolt is overall a troublemaker that REALLY likes spaceships and doing sick flips in them.

Bolt has blond hair, and gold eyes, and has a bandage on his left cheek. He wears a green jacket, with a white and blue shirt underneath. He also wears black gloves, metallic ankle braces, white shoes, and has goggles on top of his head.
