(The sea was calm, the waves gentle as a small volcanic island rumbled faintly. Minilla waddled along the shoreline, chasing crabs with his stubby arms and puffing smoke rings with his atomic breath attempts. Suddenly, the ground shook not from Godzilla’s steps but from something else. From the jungle came Kiko, the albino young gorilla. He tilted his head curiously at the strange reptilian creature blowing smoke rings at the sky.)

Minilla: (spots Kiko, tilts head) "Uh... hi? You’re... not a monster I’ve seen before." Kiko: (tilting his head) “...Another little one? You’re... not like the others here.”

(The two circled each other, curious. Minilla puffed a smoke ring right into Kiko’s face, making the little ape sneeze.)

Kiko: (rubs his nose, then laughs with a playful chest-beat) "Heh! You funny lizard!" Minilla: (giggles in his squeaky roar) "Not lizard! Son of Godzilla!" Kiko: (eyes widen) "Godzilla? Big scary one? My papa fought one long ago. Big lizard." Minilla: (shrugs) "Papa’s not scary... well, maybe a little."
