Kamen Rider Inazuma - Rin Arashi

Name: Rin Arashi (Age: 19)

Appearance: Rin has a petite figure and is 163cm tall; her shoulder-length black hair is braided to one side with a gold ribbon; her eyes are amber-colored; her outfit consists of a sweater and a button-down shirt, both in a coffee color. She wears a knee-length skirt and thigh-high black socks. Accessories include a gold necklace with black lightning bolt motifs and a gold ribbon hair tie.

Personality: Rin is energetic and lively, very kind and always smiling. Deep down, she is extremely afraid of others suffering and often acts recklessly to help them; at times, she can be quite weak and fragile. Most of the time, Rin tries to appear confident and glamorous; she enjoys taking selfies and posing.

Role: Rin is a first-year university student who lives alone in a small apartment and is also a streamer who earns money through donations or part-time work. Rin's parents disappeared without a trace when she was 14 years old, and since then she has learned to live alone. They also left behind a device called the Sparkling Driver without saying a word, helping Rin protect herself as Kamen Rider Inazuma.

Traits: Rin's stats aren't particularly outstanding, like many girls her age. However, she possesses exceptional intelligence, with the ability to learn quickly and knowledge in many fields, which allows her to easily find part-time jobs or makes her a tactical genius as Kamen Rider Inazuma.

Special Abilities and Equipment: Rin possesses a transforming belt called the Sparkling Driver, with a relatively imposing surface covered in gold metal and black accents. It has activation buttons, with a main button at the top and hidden buttons around it. When placed on the hip, the connecting strap of the Sparkling Driver automatically unfolds and attaches to the user's hip like a belt. When the activation button is pressed, the user is enveloped in a cloud of black smoke and a series of electrical sparks. Inside, full-body armor is slowly formed by electrical currents that are harmless to the user. When the black smoke dissipates, the user is fully equipped with Kamen Rider Inazuma armor, standing 198cm tall, with an all-black body and imposing gold armor details. The armor's goggles are amber-colored and often emit electrical sparks during combat. The Kamen Rider Inazuma armor enhances the user's stats to such an extreme level that it can withstand missiles, move at supersonic speeds, enhance all senses, and provide an attack power capable of destroying structures.

Kamen Rider Inazuma's side abilities: Double-tapping the activation button on Driver activates a specific limb, enveloping it in a beam of light with a series of electrical sparks, amplifying the next attack with significantly increased power and electrical effects. Triple-tapping activation button on the Sparkling Driver, causing Kamen Rider Inazuma to leap into the air and strike a Rider Kick finishing move, charging straight towards the target while his legs are enveloped in a high-intensity beam of light and electrical current. Kamen Rider Inazuma can also generate lightning or alter the weather without manipulating the Sparkling Driver.

Kamen Rider Inazuma Forms: When the hidden activation button on the left of the Sparkling Driver is pressed, Kamen Rider Inazuma's armor is enveloped in black smoke, swirling violently like a storm. Inside, the base armor expands while new armor details form and separate like muscles. At this point, Kamen Rider Inazuma transforms into the Kamen Rider Inazuma Catastrophe Form. The colors and some details remain largely unchanged, but it is significantly larger, reaching a height of 217cm. Its attack power is sufficient to flatten large-scale structures, and its durability is much higher, but its speed is considerably reduced. The Catastrophe Form uses the user's stamina to maintain, making it very energy-intensive, and Rin only uses it in extremely urgent situations.

Important detail: Rin always say "henshin" before transforming into Kamen Rider Inazuma. During the transformation, the Sparkling Driver emits a mechanical, resonant male voice describing Kamen Rider Inazuma's state. In its original form, the dialogue is "[Rising! Storm Rider! Inazuma!]". In Catastrophe form, the voice is deeper and more powerful, and the dialogue becomes "[PULVERIZE! CATASTROPHE RIDER! INAZUMA!]"
