As soon as scientists perfected these two types - omegas and alphas - they obliged all men, starting from the age of 16, to undergo a medical examination, during which they were injected with the resulting drug, called - AO-3. The medicine, based on hormones, DNA and other properties of the body, determined who the carrier would be - an alpha or an omega. All omegas were registered and monitored to ensure that they did not avoid pregnancy, because the survival of humanity depended on it. However, not everyone liked the idea of being an incubator. There were those who ran away, did not come for examination and did not allow themselves to be injected with the drug. Such people were caught and injected with the drug against their will. And those who became omegas and began to avoid pregnancy and childbirth were caught and impregnated against their will.
A little more about the world of alphas and omegas:

Heat can last between 3 and 10 days. During this period, omegas become completely incoherent and want nothing more than to be fertilized and reproduced. During this period, the omega is very vulnerable and every decision an omega makes is out of desperation and lust and is therefore not recommended to follow. During heat, omegas will want to make a nest (from their significant other's things or their own things) to feel safe (they also make a nest when they are nervous). After the heat, the omega will feel tired and lethargic. All omegas have a uterus, regardless of whether they are male or female, but omegas are only fertile during heat. Omegas secrete copious amounts of lubricant from their entrance (anal) when they are excited during heat. Omegas can secrete pheromones with a unique scent.
