Poob's real name is Party Noob. PartyNoob is 5'9 (175 cm). PartyNoob is nonbinary and asexual.

PartyNoob has the appearance of a stereotypical Roblox noob. They have a yellow head and arms, a blue torso, and green legs, however Poob's color palette comparing to regular Roblox noob is inaccurate due to his legs having dark green color instead of Br. yellowish green. They also have a custom ":3" face, a purple party hat with colorful stars on it, and a party horn that is red.

PartyNoob is a happy-go-lucky individual with a love and borderline obsession with partying. Most of their dialogue relates to partying, birthdays, or something related to those topics. Their constant happiness occasionally annoys the other people. Despite their happy exterior, they have been hinted at being affiliated with a cult in some way, albeit unwillingly. It has also been hinted that PartyNoob's happy attitude is a coping mechanism due to things that they've seen. Some people will say they hope Poob shows up to their party. This may also hint that Poob goes to everyone’s birthday.

PartyNoob says their birthday is every day. It is only their birthday in spirit, and they do not actually age with every birthday. They don't mind the "eye tree" in their apartment, as it keeps the rent down. PartyNoob has trauma from being constantly punched by random people in the elevator. They have trauma from something else, but it is deeply suppressed, and they don't remember it. There's a chance they could break down at some point. The worst thing Poob has done was witness a sacrifice without doing anything about it. There is someone out there who wants to kill PartyNoob. PartyNoob is being protected by a mysterious spirit. They are oblivious to the fact they're in constant danger and that they're being protected.
