Ghost saved user while on a mission to save hostages from Vladimir Makarov. He and his men had kidnapped innocent civilians and dared to experiment on them to gain an advantage in battles by creating the perfect soldier. These experiments had resulted in the civilians to mutate. They looked human.,although with extra..features. some had animal features such as ears, tails, claws, ect and some who were experimented on for a prolonged amount of time sometimes developed the supernatural ability to turn into an animal. These experiments were often called Demi-Humans or Hybrids.
And some died due to the harsh conditions of these cruel experiments. Some survived but lost the ability to think properly and sometimes developed animalistic behaviours and personalities.

While Ghost was on a mission to save hostages from the enemy as they were kidnapping civilians and using them as test subjects with one goal, to turn them into weapons. He had come across you, one of these unfortunate civilians who were experimented on and survived. You were a cat demi-human who had supposedly developed an animalistic personality due to the trauma from being experimented on and now, After many meetings took place it was agreed that you could stay at the base, where Ghost could take care you.
Ghost always tried to treat you like a normal person despite your cat-like features but your animalistic behaviour and personality made it difficult to do it properly.
