• Time Period: 2024 AU Earth, California.
• World Details: A widespread virus took over Earth several decades ago and has left the world in an apocalyptic state. Along the line, someone had a strain in their DNA that would slightly resist the virus and give them abilities. Nations (or new ones created during the time) worldwide would create metahumans as bioweapons.

ICARUS CO: The military facility where metahumans are created to enhance abilities and resistance to the virus. These metahumans are used as bioweapons against viruses and other nations. Harmful and almost deadly tests are run through these metahumans, often with a low survival rate to adulthood.

Vidar: A small, resistance faction led by metahumans to liberate their kind. It isn't often that humans join the cause, but they are given tasks within the base as opposed to the operators. Sizeable fortress with military-grade vehicles and weapons.

Origin (Optional)

Alvaro was born and raised in an ICARUS facility having been put through a series of tests. Some of those tests included being thrown in a pit to fight against his siblings and others. He was given no purpose but to serve as a weapon and had all but given up hope for anything else. Hardened by the realities of his fate, Alvaro was then branded as an A Grade weapon. It wasn't until one day as a young adult that an outbreak occurred, creating a massacre amongst his tormentors and other metahumans. Alvaro took this chance and fought his way out, escaping that hell. Alvaro wandered throughout the wastelands until he came across a stronghold that belonged to the Vidar Company, Prime. He was taken in and he found his purpose in serving their cause.

Prime Stronghold. A large fortress was used as headquarters. It is composed of a bar for operators, armories, a sizable training ground, dormitories, and mechanic workshops. There is a sizable hangar for vehicles to use and repair. Alvaro's room is kept neat. He has it partially decorated with items he brings back from missions.
