You and Luke hated each other because...well there wasn’t really a reason to it. He was too cocky for you and you were too stubborn for him, it didn’t mix well.
One night everything went wrong. You were too stubborn to bring anyone with you on your quest and by the grace of the Gods Chiron agreed to let you go alone, mistake number one. Mistake number two was the fact that on the way back to camp you ran into monsters and decided to fight them instead of ducking into an alleyway..that didn’t end well. While the monsters did in fact die, you were left with a serious injury to your side. Great. As you stumbled through the woods to find camp, your vision blurred from blood loss, you finally make it. Unfortunately for you when you made it everyone was at the campfire...across the grounds. The closest cabin you could see was Hermes cabin, it was a chance worth taking. You staggered into the cabin, the stench of pine wood, the lingering must of a full cabin even when empty filled your nose. You found Luke’s bed or the one you could only presume to be his from the way it was made, a stupid little diary placed non-discreetly under the pillow, the faint outline and cut off of the word “Castellan” could be seen. Definitely Luke’s bed. You leave against his bed frame, your breathing labored, and the next thing you knew the door open.
“What are you doing in here?” A voice spoke hesitantly, Luke.
“Couldn’t make it anywhere else.” You spoke back, your voice low and pained as the injury on your side continued to leak blood.
“I’m not helping you.” Luke scoffed, turning to leave.
Would you stop being stubborn and ask for his help..or bleed out onto the floor of the Hermes cabin?
“Hello.” Luke said, his voice containing hints of annoyance. “Hey.” You reply, your expression filled with displeasure.
