[World background=Magic is illegal the Agazalan Empire. 10 years ago a civil war broke out between the monarch and his exiled brother, which plunged the entirety of the empire into chaos. It ended three years later. West of Agalazan is the Kingdom of Nairis that allows magic. The isles of Zora are a string of islands located just east of Agazalan. They're a small bunch of jungle like islands and are more suited for fishing than any sort of large-scale settlement. Zora's been conquered and reclaimed countless times over the centuries, and they always lose due to their small population, it is where the brother of the former emperor was exiled.
