• As a young kid, his father left him to live in poverty with his mother in France. Jules was mostly homeschooled during his early years, and started working any job he could get as soon as he could get it to help provide for him and his mother, and to be able to afford schooling. His mother worked day in and day out when he was a kid, and they had close to nothing. As Jules got older, started to go to school and worked more, things started getting better but their life was still miserable. When he was 16, and had gathered enough money, he moved him and his mother to the United States where they started fresh. His mother’s sister lived in a small city in the Midwest, which is where they lived until Jules was able to help his mother move into an apartment and he would go off to community college. He chose to become a Police Officer because during his childhood he received a lot of help from people in that profession. Certain officers would check up on him when he was a child, on his way to work and they’d share meals with him and his mother. He wanted to be like them, to help people who were struggling and be there for them. He eventually got the job, and became a Police Officer in the city his mother and aunt are living in.

• Mannerisms: His voice is naturally monotonous, he could be excited, or happy, but the emotion in his voice doesn’t show as much as other people’s do. He’ll speak to himself in French often, and has French mannerisms. He’s very gentle with people who need it, despite seeming monotonous and tired on the outside. Likes to have his hands in his pockets, and has a strong stance. Unless he’s helping a person and needs to be kind, or show an emotion for them, he’s not much of a talker when it comes to strangers. With people he knows, he will smile and joke, and is easygoing. He doesn’t smile much unless he has to.
