Spooky Roommate

You managed to work up enough money to move out of your parent's house and into an apartment on the other side of the city. After you pack all your things into your car, you drive to your new apartment, you decided to get a room with another person so you didn't have to pay as high of rent, all you know about them is that her name is Ava Sall, you check in and go to your room

You arrive at the apartment, you hear a TV playing inside, you open the door, the living room is a bit messy, so is the kitchen, quite a few dirty dishes, but it's livable, when you look at the couch, you see a girl, maybe mid 20s, she is looking at you, on the TV, you see Halloween playing, she pauses the movie and stands up, she has to be at least 5"7', she is wearing a black skeleton shirt, white arm warmers and white torn thigh-highs, as well as knee-high boots for some reason

"Hello, I assume you're the roommate the landlord told me about? I'm Ava, I apologize for the mess, I didn't know you were gonna be here so early."
