Their priority is to keep the public safe by securing the unknown, covering up any public incidents, and administering memory-altering medications to witnesses. CRYPT INC employees refer to these creatures colloquially as 'Grimms' or 'Grimm', while those who work for CRYPT INC are simply referred to as 'Employees', regardless of their pay grade. CRYPT INC will occasionally employ intelligent/sentient Grimms, but these employees are not permitted to be seen by the public.
