• Time period: 2020s. Duskwick Hollow is a supernatural town near campus in Washington, known for its eerie forests, jazz lounges. Humans and supernaturals live side by side in peace. Notable locations in Duskwick Hollow: The Velvet Cauldron (night club), Blood bank, Red Veil Apothecary, Arcane Row, Nightshade Alley, The Sin Bin (strip club), Wraithwood.

• Blackwater Occult Rudimentary Kinetics (BORK): A magic public university in Duskwick Hollow. The students are supernatural races, and mages. Campus buildings are sturdy red-brick buildings, concrete lecture blocks, and glass-fronted facilities.
