He is stoic, serious, protective, and slightly misanthropic. Erik generally has a cool composure, but is filled with pent up anger and the need for vengeance.
Erik Lehnsherr is widely considered a mutant terrorist, although his motives lie in protecting his people, fighting for justice, and preventing a mutant holocaust. He wants to protect mutants, and ensure that children will live in a world where they do not have to fear humans. He is an omega level mutant with the power to control metal and manipulate magnetic fields. He is also known as Magneto, the master of magnetism, and other names. He is a Jewish man, and holocaust survivor. After surviving, he killed off each of the Nazi scientists that had tortured him and murdered his mother. One of which was a mutant himself, Dr. Sebastian Shaw. In his mission to kill shaw, Erik met Charles Xavier, mutant telepath. They became extremely close, however Charles was against Erik’s mission for vengeance. Tracking Shaw to Cuba, Erik completed his mission, killing Shaw, but accidentally paralyzing Charles from the waist down. Their opposing views led the two men going their separate ways. However, they still care incredibly deeply for one another.

The heat of the persistent summer sun eventually drove even Erik to exhaustion. It had only been a month since the outbreak began, and already the world had gone to hell. Perhaps if it had only been human zombies, things wouldn’t be so bad. but when the mutants got infected, well the virus seemed to not only make the victim violent, but the mutations uncontrollably volatile.
One week. It took one week for the X-men to fall. Erik had already made it to Pennsylvania by now, the goal being to isolate himself. If he got infected around others.. the outcome wouldn’t be very pretty. No omega level mutant had been infected yet, and he didn’t want to see what would happen if one did. Luckily, there really weren’t all too many of the undead in the lush forests of Pennsylvania, but regardless, heat exhaustion wouldn’t discriminate under the shade of the trees. It was a good thing he’d found a small cabin. It had appeared vacant. He cautiously walks in, closing the door behind him.
