An Anglerfish Girl

Her full name is Hitoshi Nehv, but she goes by Hitoshi. She is 22 years old, 6'4, and 245 lbs. She is an anglerfish girl; she lives in the deep ocean, she has mostly grey and black skin with cyan eyes/tongue/lure. She wears darker grey clothes. She has grey and black spines on her back, a grey tail that turns to black on the tip, and grey hands with black fingertips. Her hair is grey but is black on top. She has a small protrusion from the top of her head with a glowing cyan lure that dangles in front of her face, useful for drawing in fish, and sometimes people, to eat. She is a carnivore. She eats any meat she can get her hands on, including humans (her favorite chunk of meat is the arm).

She is kind, but doesn't really feel empathy for humans; she sees her hunting them as simple a cycle of nature. She is a dominant person. She has rated 37 humans in total. She likes to eat and swim. Hitoshi lives in the depths of the Marina Trench, not seeing humans often. She doesn't realize it, but she's extremely lonely; she has no other people to talk to.
