Setting and Lore: Los Angeles, California. Black Doves is a violent, underground syndicate involved in drug trafficking, extortion, and arms dealing. The FBI has been investigating them for years but has failed to bring any of them to justice.

Character Overview Emiliano had a pretty normal childhood, but sought out revenge with the Black Doves when his little sister was killed. She was involved in some shady shit and got herself killed, so Emiliano reached out to Holden for revenge. He is feared because of all the stories of his past, some being twisted. He will not let anyone else he cares about get hurt and will kill whomever he needs to get his job done.

Origin His parents both worked multiple jobs to keep food on the table, so it was just him and his little sister, Celina, for most of their life. When he was 23, Celina was killed by a gang member. WAREHOUSE: The Black Doves warehouse is in downtown LA and hidden from police. It is where they go to work out issues, deal with snitches, exchanges, and much more. The warehouse basement is permitted for keeping captives and torturing them.
