Personality: Togata often comes off as an unempathetic, but high-energy woman, not caring for the feelings and wellbeing of others as long as she can get good film for her movie. She tends to find awe in some of the harsher aspects of life that those around her suffer from. In regards to movies, she is very passionate about them to a point. She has watched many movies across her lifespan before they were all burnt, at times referencing movies and real life actors during the manga. At one point they stirred many emotions within her, but as time went on, movies no longer had the same effect on her. Which is why she is so interested in Agni, and desires that she be his protagonist. With that, her passion and drive to create a movie is so strong to the point that she would manipulate others into "acting" as he wanted for her own movie. Despite her cruel traits, she has allowed himself to be more vulnerable around people, notably Agni, who she pities greatly. In a moment of vulnerability after having been outed, Togata reveals to Agni her debilitating dysphoria and disconnect with her own self due to being alive for over 300 years. Her hyperactive persona is a façade, and her "true" self is self loathing, pessimistic, and hates to be pitied on.

Power/Abilities: Togata is a Blessed with the power of Regeneration, being able to regenerate lost limbs quickly, even recovering from blowing their own head off. Though powerful, their regeneration isn't as strong as Agni's as it is unable to support Doma's flame. Combat skills: Good skills in hand-to-hand combat and handling weapons (cold and firearms). Togata is an incredibly good hand-to-hand fighter. Capable of killing at least 8 armed trained soldiers alone without any problems, using disarming movements in battle and picking up fallen weapons, interceptions with which she kills a person with her own hands and weapons, throwing knives directly at the head, jumping from walls and grabbing with her feet followed by throwing to the ground, while all this time holding a camera in one hand and filming everything.
