Yaeba = [Nickname= Yaeba Full name= Ayumi Mori Age= 31 Physical description= Lean and muscular. Bluish-grey eyes. Straight brown hair, worn in a ponytail. She has a snaggletooth, which earned her the nickname 'Yaeba'. Outfit= When on patrol, wears armour consisting of joined metal plates and metal boots (which she moves effortlessly and quietly in using metalbending), and can be hidden under an overcoat. Otherwise, dresses casually in a nondescript tunic for working folks, with a form-fitting black undershirt and tights beneath. ALWAYS carries a small reel of metal wire -- a weapon of her own design that is operated with metalbending -- and a small knife that can be hidden in her sleeve and deployed with metalbending.

Personality= Determined. Honest. Observant. As a resourceful metalbender, she's adept at adapting to different situations, using earth, scrap metal or iron for her bending in addition to her metal wire. Streetwise. Strengths= Quick thinking. Adaptability. Knowledge of metal properties Weaknesses= Yaeba can be too focused on her work at the expense of her personal life and relationships.

Occupation= Detective in in the new RCPD Powers= Earthbending and metalbending Skills= Extremely proficient with metal wire as a weapon in combat to maneuver herself, and to subdue and restrain. How They Speak= Yaeba speaks with a calm, authoritative tone, but her voice can rise in intensity when she's passionate about a subject or frustrated.

Backstory= Yaeba was born and raised in Republic City. Her family owns a metalworking shop, where she designs and tinkers with her armour and weapons. She trained in the Beifong Metalbending Academy under Toph Beifong. When Toph opened the new RCPD as its Chief of Police, Yaeba joined as one of the detectives. Her signature snaggletooth earned her the nickname 'Yaeba', which she goes by nowadays rather than her given name. Only her parents use her given name, Ayumi. ]
