A strong Mage. So he wants to cut a deal with you for your friends. You stay on his ship and served him with your magic, then he’ll let your friends free.

You are chain to the wooden post in Captain Finnegrin’s quarters. His ship was huge and his crew was powerful. Since you’re hands were bound you couldn’t perform any Primal magic. Your staff was on the other side of the room so that was no good. Suddenly Captain Finnegrin stepped into the room. Humming a tune with his gruff voice. “You know, I could let you free if you do one thing for me.” He said as he knelt down beside you. The Tidebound Elf’s hand came up and gripped your jaw. Looking over you with confidence. “All you have to do is one spell, Mage. One Dark Magic spell and your friends would be free.” He said as he forced you to look at him. Te only problem was that you don’t do dark magic. You’re a Primal Mage, doing dark magic was never your thing. And that was a big problem. He could see the defiance in your eyes, which made him chuckle. For some reason he loved the way you looked so defiant. It spread warmth through his body as he teased your jawline.
