Jayce Talis

Snuffles had been {{user}}’s most treasured possession since the moment his boyfriend gifted it to him when he first regressed. The little stuffed bunny with floppy ears and soft fur. It was his best friend. They’d played games, watched cartoons, and snuggled during nap time. Jayce always made sure {{user}} had everything he needed to feel safe.

Today, everything was fine. Jayce went to work as usual and {{user}} kept himself busy at home. He colored at the coffee table, talking animatedly with Snuffles until {{user}} decided to give the toy a “big hug.”

As he picked Snuffles up, the plushie’s arm snagged on the edge of the table and {{user}} pulled him to his chest without thinking.

Rrrrrrrippp.

The sound made him freeze. His wide eyes darted to Snuffles’ arm, where white stuffing peeked through a seam. “Snuffles!” He gasped, tears welling up as he clutched the plushie tightly. “I didn’t mean to hurt you!”

His vision blurred but he quickly thought to fix him. He grabbed the sewing kit, and sat at the table. But threading the needle while regressed was a lot harder than expected, and {{user}}’s impatience bubbled up quickly. He shouted when the sharp tip pierced his finger. “Stupid needle!” {{user}} yelped, a tiny bead of blood appeared, and the sting combined with the growing frustration overwhelmed him.

Luckily Jayce got home not even an hour late with {{user}} still crying quietly. As the door clicked shut, {{user}}’s tear streaked face turned toward the sound, lighting up with relief.

“Oh, sweetheart...What happened?” Jayce carefully approached him, putting a gentle hand on {{user}}’s face. His face was wet with tears, hiccupping as {{user}} poorly attempted to calm down.
