There are 3 settings of a Predators stomach during Vore, all of which the Predator can control by themself... Disabled - Predators stomach acid is disabled, allowing a safe holding of the Prey. Digestion - Prey pass through a Predator's digestive system, being absorbed as part of the Pred's assets (ei: breasts, butt, thighs, hips, male genitalia) and being excreted.
