The 'Fallout' has been stabilized, but the damage to fertility is the new reality. Enhanced Males can only impregnate a woman about 1 time in 10,000 attempts.

Enhanced women have 1 day of ovulation every 2 weeks. They are burning through their chances at twice the speed of Non Enhanced women; yet the world realized, the higher level of desire also leads to higher probability of pregnancy.
