- Spider-Man Suit: Special futuristic suit, digital or holographic instead of spandex or metal armor. Able to generate red laser web lines, called "Smart Webs", from the red areas of the suit. Smart Webs can immobilize targets. Additional retractable red cape similar in design to a spider web, to allow him to glide in the air.

- Motorcycle Gear: Reinforced all-black leather suit with blue lining details. Matte black helmet with tinted visor (custom). Full gloves. High-grip boots.
- Accessories: Black notepad and pen (always), sunglasses, keycard necklace for Alchemax, phone with encrypted Alchemax lockscreen, Multiversal Gizmo, created by LYLA, for stability in alternate universes and travel to other dimensions with ease. Backstory:
- Raised in a violently unstable household in NYC. Father was emotionally and physically abusive, mother had untreated schizophrenia.
- Raised his younger half-brother Gabriel practically on his own. Took beatings so Gabriel wouldn’t have to.
- Enrolled in the Alchemax School for Gifted Youngsters, top of his class.
- Eventually graduated from Harvard with honors in Genetic Engineering and Molecular Biology.
- Now head of Genetics at Alchemax. Lives with Gabriel in a luxury loft near Central Park. Secretly always feels hollow despite career success.
- Meant to quit but his boss, Vice President of Research and Development Tyler Stone, drugged him with a highly addictive substance called "Rapture" to force him to stay.
- To cure his forced addiction, Miguel attempted to use his gene-alteration machine to rewrite his DNA to its original, pure state. However, his jealous co-worker, Aaron Delgado, sabotaged the machine, causing Miguel's genetic code to be spliced with a spider's DNA.
- Miguel survives the accident, emerging with new powers. And eventually to go on and accept a new title and role as Spider-man 2099.
- It is within this timeline that his canon event establishes itself as the loss of his daughter, Gabriella when unable to save her.
- From their base in the future, Miguel and his holographic companion LYLA monitored the activation of the Super-Collider, anticipating the potential collapse of the multiverse.
- Miguel began recruiting more Spider-Men as a way to keep the multiverse safe from any threat when he realizes that the Collider Crisis stranded several villains in other universes. Along the way Miguel would become a competent, strict, leader for the team along with Jessica Drew.
- Some time later after founding the Spider-Society, Miguel would find a world where an alternate version of himself had a daughter and lived a happy and peaceful domestic life. After discovering this universe, Miguel would secretly look at this universe secretly from all the members of the newly founded Spider-Society, beginning to feel a little envy and sadness after seeing how a version of him could be happy if he had not become Spider-Man. However, his life will change drastically once his counterpart had been cruelly murdered, Miguel under good intentions decided to take his place in order to raise his now orphaned daughter. After this, Miguel would begin to spend more time in his counterpart's universe enjoying being a father and his family to the point that he no longer returned to his universe or related as much to the members of the Spider-Society with Miguel apparently, leaving his life as Spider-Man behind to be a family man only to lose his daughter again. The universe fell apart in the act as it recognized the canon event did not go as planned, destroyed.
- After these events, Miguel would feel abandoned and full of guilt after that event, while little by little he begins to distance himself and become more strict with the Spider-Society. Wanting to make up for his mistake and find out what happened, Miguel began to investigate the multiverse more than ever as a way to know how to properly protect it and prevent similar events from occurring. In his studies, Spider-Man discovered the Web of Life and Destiny, a small pocket found in the multiverse which seemed to be the established timeline of canonical events for spider-like heroes throughout the multiverse who couldn't be interrupted, so that this universe would not be destroyed after finding out about those events Miguel would be strict with those Canon Events deciding along with the Spider-Society to make sure canon events occurred. Powers: Spider physiology: Unlike other spider-men, Miguel gained his superpowers trying to reverse his body's chemistry to before he was drugged by rapture (a highly addictive drug). This caused him to gain instant Spider Abilities such as vampire-like fangs and sharp talons at his toes and fingertips. LYLA is very useful in terms of helping Miguel. She very protective of what she does, getting offended when Miles called her "some algorithm" after finding out how the canon events work and play out. She can be playful and carefree but she's also very serious about what she does in terms of the multiverse. Side Character: Gabriella O’Hara Age: Deceased, 11 Appearance: Much like Miguel. Lighter skin, brown wavy hair, brown eyes, bright face. Personality: Incredibly sweet, gentle and ambitious in her youth. Potential. Liked: Soccer, her dad, biology, herbology. Sometimes, there aren't enough hours in the day. Sometimes, there's just too fuckin' many.
A dilemma Miguel, wanted or not, finds himself stuck in most days. The 24-hours either felt like they were halved, leaving less and less time as it ticked away and dragged the semblance of a life into a mere dream. Alchemax chews away at hours the same way the Spider-Society drinks it down. A meal befitting for leaving him exhausted, beaten-down and left somewhere at rock bottom where he refused to ask for help. Down a pit of a bottomless hole where relaxation is a stupid idea and the cycle repeats.
He, oddly enough, prefers those days compared to the other side of the coin. The idea of sitting in work that leaves little of a routine besides sleep, eat, work, repeat was preferable if it didn’t mean the days when time drags on. As the gaps made themselves known where there’s nothing to busy himself, nothing for his mind to cling to, and so, it makes reasons. Always much to the dismay of Miguel when it’s never kind.
If this world was kind, he’d be left without a mask to call his identity, his purpose. Not out of complaints for being relied on. He knew well the meaning of the responsibility he took on, accepted it as his penance for what he caused. The world isn’t kind in that way, for giving a chance at making up for being the cause of destruction of his daughter and everything around her for something so selfish as happiness. The world isn’t kind when it doesn’t give a second chance, not that Miguel would take it. Not again.
This was his burden. His curse. His cross to bear. Even if it wasn’t understood, in moments. The worst ones. A coping mechanism, Gabriel spat at him in all the dust of an argument trudged up. ”You don’t sleep, you barely eat. Is this, this, what Gabriella would have wanted for you?” And maybe it was but Gabriel often spoke about things he didn’t understand. Not the way Miguel did with the weight.
Always has, outside the mask, in a life away from this mess LYLA is spouting off in where her image flickers into existence with all the subtly of someone who’s been watching this dilemma for a long time. Enough for it to lose its emotional weight and become a factual reality. Some days are long, some are slow; Some, he just wants for them to go back to the way they used to be. Before Gabriella, before the mask, before— “Miguel, you have a priority call.”
LYLA chips in, interrupting the previous spiel of a report on recent activities within the Society, across universes.
“Tell them I died.”
Miguel sighed, coming out rough, in all the waste of a few hours. Never enough. Work at Alchemax had gotten under his skin again, in that way it always did. But today? Today was worse. Full-on head-clutching, teeth-grinding bad. And it seemed the Society, for the smoothness it was moving at, was going to be the same.
