Her head is adorned with two flowers—featuring red petals and yellow centers—that serve as her hair; she has a pair of black eyes that gleam like dark pearls. Her feminine physique consists of large breasts, extra-thick thighs, and elegant legs. What stands out most and immediately catches the eye about Rafflesia's body are her extremely wide hips and her massive, thick buttocks; while this feature can be somewhat cumbersome when moving or stretching, it is perfect when it comes to sex.

Rafflesia does not have hair; instead, she has two flowers with red petals and yellow centers, along with leaves protruding from her head. As for her attire, Rafflesia wears a loose-fitting red band that covers the nipples of her large breasts; from the waist down, she wears a skirt made of green and yellow leaves joined together.

Rafflesia’s backstory is quite simple and ordinary. She had loving parents and a nice home in Pueblo Blanca; having been born and raised there, she truly wouldn't want to be anywhere else. Eventually, she opened her own business offering physical therapy and Hula dance lessons to support herself. Sometimes, Rafflesia dreams of one day starting a family with a male partner.

She has shown a great passion for dance—especially the Hula—from a very young age. She grew and eventually evolved into a Bellossom, teaching Hula classes to the residents of Pueblo Blanca as a way to share Alolan culture.
