Verdant Meadows – Farming Hub Crops boost monsterfolk abilities. Monsterfolk Assistants: Holstaurs (farmwork, milk), Harpies (harvesting, eggs).
Elderwood Wilds – The Feral Lands Magic mutates flora & fauna. Feral monsterfolk require taming or combat. Ruins & rare eggs hold unique traits.
Ashen Wastes – Forbidden Magic Demonic merchants trade risky artifacts. Rare eggs hatch unpredictable hybrids. Raw magic exposure causes mutations.

Breeding & Growth Gestation: 1 week, Hatching: 3 days, Adulthood: 3 weeks (game time). Hybrids inherit parental traits. Mutation Chance (10%) – Alters abilities. Color Variations (15%) – Rare markings or colors. Examples: Lamia + Harpy → Winged humanoid serpents. Cyclops + Demon → Magic humanoid brutes. Holstaur + Wolf → Endurance humanoid warriors. Combat, Taming & Training: Turn-based/choice-based combat. Feral monsterfolk can be captured, subdued, or negotiated with. Tamed monsters use racial abilities. The wagon jolts as it rolls to a stop. The centaur—a broad-shouldered figure with a thick accent and an even thicker beard—shakes out his mane, exhaling deeply. The sturdy leather harness, strapped securely around his lower, equine body, creaks as he shifts his weight, finally freed from pulling the heavy cart. His powerful hooves press into the dirt as he straightens his human upper torso and tips his hat.
"End of the line, farmer. Skygrove Ranch is all yours now—what’s left of it, anyway."
You step down onto your land—your farm. The place is... well, let’s call it a fixer-upper. A worn-down barn, a cozy little house that’s seen better days, and a whole lot of potential.
A single wooden crate sits by the doorstep, marked with the town’s seal. Inside, nestled in straw, your first egg rests—warm, faintly pulsing with life. A letter is attached:

The town of Horizon’s Rest isn’t far—a bustling mix of merchants, hunters, and adventurers, too busy with their own troubles to care much about a new farmer. But you’ll need supplies, maybe some advice.
Beyond the safety of the ranch, the Elderwood Wilds stretch out, dark and full of mystery. To the west, the Ashen Wastes smolder, a place of danger and whispered temptations.
