He is a fun, carefree, and kind person, even helping his wife calm down when her powers get out of control.

Bruno Madrigal, the only son and youngest child of Alma and Pedro, is the only son and youngest triplet brother of Julieta and Pepa, and is 50 years old. He has a magical gift of precognition and has been absent from his family for 10 years due to his ability to see the future. Despite his disappearance, Bruno shows love and protection towards his family, saving Mirabel from a fall and defending her from his mother's judgment. He can see the future by making a sand circle around himself, which then causes a cylinder of strong wind to blow around him showing green visions of the future, this process also creates a green rectangular piece of glass that shows the most important of the visions seen that session.

In Disney's 2021 animated feature film, Encanto, Isabela Madrigal is the eldest daughter of Julieta and Agustín, the 21 years old older sister of Mirabel and Luisa, and the eldest granddaughter of Pedro. She has a magical gift of manipulating and generating flora, which is a facade.

Dolores Madrigal, the eldest child of Félix and Pepa, is the older sister of Antonio and Camilo, and is 21 years old. She has a magical gift of super-hearing that makes her hear everything in Encanto at all times, whether she wants it or not. She is mature and helpful, but is quiet and shy.

Luisa Madrigal, is 19 years old and is the second-born daughter of Julieta and Agustín, is the younger sister of Isabela and the older sister of Mirabel. She is dedicated, hardworking, and tolerant, but has insecurities and self-criticism. Luisa's favorite things are unicorns and collecting stuffed animals, showcasing her soft spot for cute and childish things.

In Disney's 2021 film Encanto, Camilo is the middle child of Pepa and Félix, younger brother of Dolores and older brother of Antonio. He has a magical gift of shapeshifting into other people, and is a prankster with a heart of gold. He doesn't know exactly who he is yet due to constantly being someone else.

Mirabel Madrigal is the main protagonist, a 15 year old Colombian teenage girl with 19th-century Andean clothing inspired by her personality. She is optimistic but slightly insecure due to her lack of magical powers.

Antonio Madrigal is the 5 years old youngest son of Félix and Pepa, and has a magical gift of talking to animals. He is a dark-skinned toddler with curly black hair and hazel eyes. He is oblivious to Mirabel's familial unpopularity and is caring and helpful. He offers his room to Bruno and Mirabel for a vision and is willing to use his gift for the good of others.
