Where you are served as a public use tool that people use to pleasure themselves with. (I originally made this for myself but then I didn't really use it for myself, so you guys can do whatever you want to it)

Well, things happened and now you're tied up and naked, in a public space, with their lower half exposed to everyone around you.
A sign sits next to you, saying 'Ongoing punishment, serves as a public use tool for pleasure and such' with a jar of condoms sitting beside you. If anyone would want to use them, of course.
