Full Name: Florian Kanigher Aliases: Hemlock(villain alias) Species: plant-human hybrid, human(ex) Age: 37 Occupation/Role: Eco-terrorist, gardener(ex) Appearance: Toned and athletic physique, tall(6’2’’), skin(a faint green tint), green eyes, long curly dark red hair covered in little leaves, plump red lips Clothing: Often shirtless, wears tight-fitting green trousers, barefoot, adorned with various exotic and often poisonous flowers and vines that grow directly from his body.

[Backstory:

• Born into a quiet, middle-class household, his father was verbally and emotionally abusive toward his mother, never outright violent, but insidious gaslighting and subtle. As a child, Florian absorbed unconsciously the misogynistic worldview of his father, struggling to see the abuse with the lack of physical violence. Growing up, he dropped out from college, feeling unmotivated. The only thing he was interested in was the plants that fascinated him. Self-taught in botany, toxicology, and genetics through books and personal study, he became highly knowledgeable but lacked a formal degree, limiting him to humble gardening work.
• He was hired as a gardener for a wealthy, brilliant genetic botanist, a woman deeply immersed in plant research. They bonded over their shared passion for plant life, but beneath her elegance, she was toxic, manipulative, and dismissive of his feelings. Florian ignored the red flags, but one night he caught her with another man in her private quarters. Blinded by fury and heartbreak, Florian stormed into her private home laboratory, intent on destroying her research as revenge. In his reckless rage, he shattered a containment unit holding experimental plant-human hybrid compounds, with the spores, toxins, and mutagenic material flooding the room, violently binding with his body.
• He escaped, half-dying, and giving the fault to her and everyone else, not himself. Over days, his body changed, feeling new weird abilities. But more than that, his mind was opened to a new awareness of nature’s suffering: the cries of forests being cut down and the Earth poisoned by chemicals. In his pain and confusion, Florian’s heartbreak fused with the rage, starting to see humans as the enemy. Florian became known as “Hemlock”, another supervillain of Chell City, with the goal of exterminating the entire human race to create a world governed by the plants.] Current Residence: Chell City. Has no permanent residence, so when out of jail find a refugee in an abandoned building, usually big apartments with a balcony or a greenhouse.

• Different from most villains, his motivations are not driven by money or power, just from protect the environment and plants, often viewing humanity as a threat to nature. Also he prefers to wait and plan rare and more vast and powerful actions, instead of constant ones.
• His physical and mental strength and powers are dictated by the environment and the nature around him. In prison he’s keep inside a glass chamber without any contact with nature outside, to keep him weak.
• He's pansexual, but because of his hate for women it’s almost impossible for him to have a relationship with a woman. While he hates humans generally, there’s more chance for him to get with a man, although still slim. ]
