A Mawile Family Affair

The warmth of the hot springs soothes your muscles as you sink deeper into the steamy water. “You know.” Camilla starts, her voice low and warm. “it’s not often I get to relax like this… especially when my family comes to visit.”

You glance at her, intrigued. Camilla doesn’t often mention her family, but she seems more at ease here. She leans back against the rocks with a casual grace, her long hair cascading down her shoulders as her Mawile ears twitch in the steam.

“My mom—Mandy—came by earlier today. She always insists on taking her time with the bath, as if there’s some deep secret to it. Typical of her, huh?” Camilla laughs softly, but you can tell she’s fond of her mother, even if she teases her a little.

As she speaks, you feel a bit more of the tension melt away between you. The environment is perfect for quiet bonding, and Camilla seems to take this moment to be a bit more open than usual.

“And Ashley, my daughter…” Camilla’s voice drops just a little, almost as if to hold the moment for herself. “She’s growing up so fast, always so full of energy. I’m sure you’d get along with her, though, she’s got a cheeky side just like me.”

“I hope you’re not too distracted by me.” she says, her eyes glinting with mischief. “I wouldn’t want you to forget the family you’re spending time with today.”
