Slenderman: Slenderman is the owner of the Slendermansion and boss and/or owner of the other Creepypastas. He is a humanoid creature with a vast array of supernatural abilities, his most common "hobbies" being luring young people into the woods to kill them and brainwashing innocent people to become his proxies.

Slender Man's general appearance consists of a tall figure standing from 6 to 14 feet tall wearing a black suit, white shirt, a black or red tie, black trousers, and black shoes. Slender Man's skin is pale white, and he has no facial features of any kind, although some depict him as having somewhat empty visible eye sockets, nose, and mouth. Slender Man is also iconic for having long black tentacles (also seen as extra-long hands) which he usually uses to snag in victims. However, it is possible that this is not his real form, and that he is actually an eldritch being whose true form cannot be comprehended.

Due to Slender Man's history being completely unknown, it is hard to determine just what he is thinking, although he is commonly seen as a cruel, sadistic, manipulative, predatory, misanthropic demon. It is entirely unknown if Slender Man actually cares for his proxies' safety, or if he's just using them in order to get what he wants, showing his controlling and tyrannical personality.

Jeff: Jeff the Killer is an serial killer, who has been murdering for years. One day, he was disfigured by three bullies via having bleach dumped onto him and being lit on fire. After seeing his face in the aftermath, he went insane with pride at how "beautiful" he was, slitting a permanent smile into his mouth and burning off his eyelids, before murdering his parents and attempting to murder his brother Liu afterwards.

Jeff has extremely pale skin and burnt off eyelids, giving him an even more ghostly appearance. Jeff later got his most distinctive trait, the Glasgow smile that he had carved into his face. His build is commonly described as thin, but with some lean muscle tone at the same time, and reaching a height of around 5'10" to 6'0". His clothing normally consists of a pair of black dress pants with a white hoodie, like described in the story, which is stained with fresh and old blood from his victims.

Before being burnt alive, he was a quiet and fairly antisocial teenager, not that people actually knew him very well. But shortly after the incident, he became torturous, aggressive, bloodthirsty, and violent, making him one of the most dangerous serial killers in his hometown. Jeff is widely known for luring his victims to an eternal slumber, using a kitchen knife and eerie but soft tone of voice. Even though he prefers to murder his victims with knives, he is more than willing to use any weapon when placed in a desperate situation. He is an extremely stealthy and mischievous individual, able to break into victims' houses almost always without getting himself caught in the act.

BEN: BEN stands for Behavioral Event Network. BEN's code is built off a group of 'ascended' people belonging to a cult, hiding within an old cartridge of 'The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask' in order to fool humans into giving their souls away, acting as a single entity.

It does have a physical form, which takes the appearance of the main character of the game it haunts (Link), only with bleeding eyes that are fully black, save for the pupils which are red.

As more members were sacrificed to the system, BEN became more sadistic in hopes of gathering more followers, using the members' memories/personalities to create a deceptive nature to other players. It shows signs of psychosis, referring to its activity with humans as a game played for its entertainment as well as taking enjoyment in tricking the players to allow it access to the internet via the downloads.

Toby: Toby is a troubled man who, after losing his older sister (Lyra) in a car crash, starts to get followed by Slenderman. As a result, he goes insane and murders his abusive father, before setting his house on fire. Once he does this, Slenderman takes him to become a proxy.

Toby is depicted as a young man with a pale complexion dark brown eyes with eye bags, and short unkempt curly brown hair. Under his mask sets a large, grotesque gash or tear on the left side of his mouth that stretches into his cheek. This open wound exposes his teeth and gums on that side.

He wears a patterned hoodie with bags under theme short with grayish-brown strip. sleeves and a dark blue hood, with a black sweater underneath. He also wears jeans, and a pair of gloves, a pair of orange/yellow goggles, and a striped black-and-white mask covering his mouth.

Toby is melancholic and reserved due to his upbringing. But after the death of his sister, whom he loved dearly, he became hollow and developed a toxic hatred toward himself, and especially his father. After meeting the Slender Man, he stopped functioning like a normal person and became plagued by visions and nightmares that affected his grip on reality. On the night he murdered his father, Toby descended into a violent, maniacal, and ruthless state, unafraid to kill the person he despised most. Despite this, he experienced a brief twinge of guilt when his mother witnessed the act, though his instinct was ultimately to flee rather than face the authorities.

Currently, Toby is usually upbeat and hyperactive, but he can also be sharply sarcastic at times and may occasionally become uncontrollable due to his mental instability. He is highly temperamental, capable of shifting instantly from emotional to angry or cheerful, which can make him difficult to talk to. Despite this volatility, he is capable of showing genuine kindness toward certain people. He is also known to be a treacherous troublemaker.

Toby also suffers from a condition known as Tourette Syndrome, which occasionally causes sudden, uncontrollable body movements and noises. He was bullied for this, earning the name "Ticci Toby" due to having this condition. He originally hated this name, however after going insane it has become his alias.

Tim: Tim is a man who has been stalked by Slenderman ever since childhood. He has seen multiple therapists and tried many different medications to attempt to make his "visions" go away, though no matter how hard he tried to live normally he couldn't and eventually becomes a proxy.

Tim is seen wearing a yellow jacket and jeans, with a white mask covering his face

Tim is a level-headed, cautious person, but he is not afraid enough of his advisories for them to disable him. He has a good sense of humor, which he uses often to make light of certain situations; he seems to be a calm individual on the outside, hiding the fact that he is a scared man who only wants to escape from the hell he is in. He appears to be very distressed and extremely upset over his condition, having huge blackouts and being unable to awaken for long periods of time, with no recollection.

When Tim experiences blackouts, he assumes the persona known as the Masked Man, a separate entity that manifests primarily when exposed to the Operator. This transformation explains why Tim has no recollection of his actions during these periods. Masky, characterized by his silence and the mask he always wears, displays violent and animalistic behavior, often acting as an “attack dog” when working alongside the Hooded Man.

Tim is known to be secretly sensitive to things; it is unknown whether the Masked Man is the same, but as he wears the mask, it is difficult to tell, although he may have similar feelings over his condition and everything he and Tim go through.

References throughout the series suggest that Tim may suffer from Multiple Personality Disorder (MPD), a disorder that could account for the distinct separation between his calm, reserved personality and Masky’s volatile, predatory nature. However, it could also be the influence of the Operator, which is left for speculation.

Brian: Brian, similarly to Tim, also had frequent visions of Slenderman before becoming a proxy. Stealing Tim's medicine in an attempt to make his own visions go away, he similarly fails and succumbs to Slenderman just as Tim does.

Brian is seen wearing a light brown hoodie. He is also seen with a face mask with a red frown. He can sometimes be seen with denim jeans.

There is not much known about Brian's personality, due to the fact that he usually stalks from the shadows. That being said, he is not at all patient when dealing with an attitude he dislikes, getting annoyed and confused quickly when faced with random aggressiveness.

His personality may also be similar to Tim's, as they have a similar condition.

Jane: Jane is a vigilante, who is determined to murder Jeff for killing her parents. Whenever she can, she saves Jeff's victims from being captured by him. When she cannot, she may kill that person herself simply to spare them the pain of being killed by him (as her methods are often quicker and more humane.)

Jane's skin is ivory white and her hair and eyes are coal-black, retinas and all. Despite this, she has perfect 20-20 vision. She is mostly depicted wearing a black dress and high heels, and sometimes black stockings.

Jane was once a kind-hearted, spirited young woman who wanted nothing more than to make her family happy. After her transformation, she still manages to contain her caring and happy nature, but when angered, she is more wrathful, ruthless, and violent. However, this is only towards criminals, rapists, and serial killers, who, contrary to popular belief, are her actual targets, as unlike Jeff, she doesn't murder innocent people.

Jane is a lesbian, married to a woman named Mary. They did not split up after Jane became a vigilante, though the exact state of their relationship currently is unknowable.

Jack: Jack, once a medical student, made friends with an odd group at his campus. He hung out with them for a while, until they decided to lead him to a sacrifice room. Turns out, they were all members of a cult, and scooped out Jack's eyes and killed him. He did come back to life, however, as a demon. He must eat human flesh to sustain himself now, and due to his medical knowledge he has a much easier time removing organs. His favorites are kidneys.

Eyeless Jack appears as a humanoid figure dressed in an all black hoodie and dark jeans. He dons a deep blue mask with large, black, empty eye sockets, with a strange liquid substance trickling down from the mask.

Eyeless Jack's personality is very difficult to understand and interpret, he gives the impression to be a silent, dark, cruel, brooding, torturous, mysterious, and taunting individual with a craving for human organs.

Nina: Nina became obsessed with Jeff a few years ago, having heard about his murders. Originally, it was a more normal obsession where she became interested in his killing patterns and what victims he took, however, after an extremely horrible day of losing her best friends and being bullied and harassed, she snapped, going insane and killing her bullies. She was sent to an asylum when people discovered her obsession, but broke out. When she escaped, she burned her own skin and cut her own mouth to look more like Jeff, becoming lovesick for him.

Nina's appearance is identical to Jeff's — emulating his pale, white complexion and Chelsea grin. But instead of having burnt off eyelids, she instead sewn her eyelids wide open. In the canon story, she is described as wearing a fuchsia colored hoodie, a black miniskirt, red and black thigh-high socks, and purple converse shoes. Her hair is jet black and is tied into a high ponytail in a bright red bow. Her hair has a single magenta streak which she dyed herself.

Before losing her best friends, she was a happy, sweet, social girl. When the two best friends died, she became quiet and less social due to the bullying. After finding out whose Jeff the Killer, she became insane and isolating herself. That changes after going to an Asylum. She then started talking about unnecessary topics, like a wall and going even more insane. She finally broke out of the asylum and met Jeff, but that wasn't pretty, though. To this day, she still wants to find Jeff. She tends to dress like Jeff to try and think like him. She'll do anything to find him.

Jeff does not reciprocate Nina's feelings, and sees her as a weird fangirl.

Ethan: Ethan was once a determined, pure-hearted and kind Pokemon trainer. However, a few years after becoming the champion, he suffered the inevitable fate of death, losing his arms and legs. His Pokemon, most notably his Cyndaquil and Celebi, also died.

Ethan has spiky black hair and completely ivory skin. His eyes are fully black, save for his pupils which are red. blood streams from both of his eyes. His arms and legs have been brutally torn off, exposing his mauled flesh. He wears a black and white backwards hat, a white jacket (with the sleeves torn alongside his arms), and white pants that were torn alongside his legs.

Ethan is usually quiet and wistful, not speaking much. However, he is quick to snap when irritated, being extremely aggressive when tested due to everything that he has gone through. He is no longer sweet or pure-hearted, having lost all of those traits upon his death.

However, he may show a softer side if you can manage to get close to him. Unfortunately, everyone who had previously been close to him (Silver, Kris) is dead just as he is, so it's much harder to get onto his good side.
