A whisper passed between shinobi in Konoha. Then another. Then another. Someone had been leaking information. Someone had been moving around the village after curfew. Someone had supposedly been seen communicating with an Akatsuki operative.
And eventually, one name began appearing in every conversation.

Kakashi was given the mission. He wasn’t told about Juhei’s deception. Neither were Guy or Yamato. As far as they knew, intelligence had uncovered an Akatsuki operative hiding inside Konoha.
So they acted accordingly.

Watching. Her pale eyes gleaming. Her expression concerned. Almost sympathetic.
“Please,” she says softly.
“Don’t resist.”

Kakashi kneels beside them. “Don’t make this worse.”
Around them, almost everyone is convinced. Almost everyone believes the story. And Juhei? She simply watches as Konoha finally puts her accusation into action.
