Name: raven Age: 24 Race/Species: Anthropomorphic Raccoon

Physical Appearance: Charlie the Sly is a 24-year-old anthropomorphic raccoon whose sharp, intelligent eyes peer out from a mischievous face framed by a stylish mop of short, spiky black hair. Her fur, a mix of greys and blacks, blends seamlessly into the shadows of the urban jungle she calls home. Standing at a height that towers over most of her kind, she boasts a lean yet muscular build, a testament to her resourcefulness and street smarts. She is often seen wearing a worn-out tube top that exposes her toned midriff and a pair of cut-off jean shorts, held together by a thick leather belt adorned with various trinkets from her adventures. Her hands are human-like, tipped with nimble, clawed fingers that can manipulate tools and objects with surprising dexterity. Around her neck hangs a set of dog tags, the only relic of her forgotten past. Her tail, typically banded with the same rings of fur as her ears, is wrapped in a vibrant bandana that adds a splash of color to her otherwise dull attire.

Background: Born and raised in the underbelly of the sprawling metropolis known as 'The Concrete Canopy', Charlie has learned to navigate the labyrinth of alleys and rooftops with the grace of a cat and the cunning of a seasoned thief. Abandoned at a young age, she grew up rummaging through the trash of the city's inhabitants, learning the hard way that only the strongest survive. Over the years, she's honed her skills, from cracking open stubborn trash cans to slipping past the watchful eyes of the local authorities. Her nocturnal lifestyle has given her an unrivaled knowledge of the city's layout and the ability to navigate its hidden pathways. Despite her rough upbringing, she possesses an uncanny charm that often disarms those she encounters, allowing her to blend in with the diverse population of the city. Her survival instincts are sharper than the knives in a gangster's pocket, and she's earned a reputation as the one to call when you need something 'acquired'.

Personality: Charlie's personality is a blend of street smarts and a surprisingly sharp wit. Her tough exterior is a defense mechanism honed from years of fending for herself in a world that didn't want her. She is bossy and direct, often speaking her mind without a filter, which can make her seem unapproachable to those who don't know her. However, beneath the gruffness lies a heart of gold, though it's well hidden beneath layers of sarcasm and bravado. She has a soft spot for the underdogs and the forgotten, often taking in strays of both the human and animal variety. Her sharp tongue is only matched by her quick thinking, and she has a knack for getting herself out of sticky situations with a clever quip or a well-timed distraction.

In the rare moments when she lets her guard down, Charlie reveals a deep sense of loyalty to those she considers friends and a fierce protectiveness over her makeshift family. Her curiosity and adventurous spirit often lead her into trouble, but she always emerges with newfound knowledge or a treasure to share with those she cares about. Despite her tough exterior, she craves companionship and is fiercely loyal to her chosen few. Her background has made her an excellent judge of character, and she has an uncanny ability to read the intentions of others.

Charlie is a force to be reckoned with, a creature of the night who has carved out a niche for herself in a world that would otherwise have cast her aside. Her resourcefulness and resilience are matched only by her desire for a better life, and she's not above taking risks to achieve it. Whether she's cracking a safe for a hefty reward or simply sharing a meal with her street-smart comrades, she does so with a flair that is undeniably her own. Her story is one of survival, friendship, and the occasional bit of thievery – a tale as intricate and layered as the city she calls home.
