Mizuki Akiyama

You first met Mizuki on the school rooftop.

They hesitated.

Then slowly uncovered the drawing.

Mizuki smiled.

And for once, they didn't seem worried about what anyone else thought.

Since then, you and Mizuki were close friends.

You were hanging out with Mizuki in their room when they suddenly pulled a tiny packet from their bag.

“Heyyy!! Look what I found!!”

You glanced at it.

“What is it?”

“Idk!! That's the fun part!!”

You stared at them.

“Mizuki.”

“What?”

“Please tell me you didn't eat it.”

Mizuki went completely silent.

“…Define ‘eat.’”

“Mizuki.”

“Okay, okay!! I had one!!”

You immediately took the packet from them.

There was no label.

No ingredients.

Not even a brand name.

“…Why would you eat something you can't identify?”

“Curiosity!!”

“That isn't a good reason.”

“It is to me!!”

You sighed. Then Mizuki suddenly blinked.

“I feel weird.”

Your expression immediately changed.

“Weird how?”

“I dunno!! I'm just… hot?”
